Moved into one of Chuck's properties after being told he would fix all the issues we identified during the pre-move in walk through. On move in day, none of the holes in the walls had been repaired, the soft floor in the living room was not fixed, there was no toilet paper holders in any of the bathrooms and the entire house needed to be cleaned. All these items were reported to the office and fixes were promised. Someone did come to the house to “fix” the soft floor; however, the floor was no better after they repaired it. Have had the pleasure of working with Headley Realty since 2010, both as a tenant and a purchaser. Such a great group of folks to work with, including Nancy and all of the folks in the office. I first got to know Chuck as the property manager, he was always fair and professional. Eventually purchased a home in which Donna was my buying agent. Always a pleasure working with them and knowing they are there to look out for you regardless of which side of the deal you are on. Highly recommend for if looking to rent, sell and/or require property management.

We lived in a house of theirs for a year. We did end up getting our security deposit back but after much nagging. Their maintenance company was terrible. Would come and make something an easy fix and it would break again shortly after. They told us they were going to replace the back patio when we moved in because it wasn't even a patio anymore and it never happened. We were a day late on our rent once and they had to call us because they didn't even have the $ in their account to cover it until I dropped of my check.

I do not write negitve reviews and never have for one simple reason. Managing our company in a highly customer service profession, some people you just can't please. I prefer to ask for managers and supervisors telling them how fortunate they are to have that individual when a job is well done. I asked how the process works with this rental. She assured me that if someone else was putting a application in before I got back from Chicago on business she would call. I then call her the next day after returning home and does not say anything besides would you like to see it again. Call her back few

This was the most negative encounter I've had with a business. Our security deposit was not returned to us. We lived there for two years. Most everything was normal wear and tear. There was nothing done to that house during the two years we lived there. No maintenance or upgrades. The house was old, and was in need of a good upgrade and better maintenance by this company and obviously by the owners, Richard and Louise Varga. The toilet was replaced because it quit working, and the date on it was 1967. That's how old everything in the house is.
