My 6 year old has always been timid and nervous every time we visited our previous dentist. But, the wonderful dentists. Thank you to the Pediatric Dental Specialist team for ALWAYS making each visit easy and STRESS-FREE by providing. I was so impressed with how the staff took the time to explain everything in detail to my 6 year old who has to know.

Dr. Creech is amazing! We have been taking my daughter since she was 1 and now she is 5 years old and loves going to the dentist! Dr. Creech is so personable and has always put my daughter at ease when going to the dentist! This office gives amazing customer service and always goes above and beyond to make the experience great! You can tell that… everyone there loves their job and what they do! During this pandemic and mask wearing; they added special touches by having buttons with their face on them so the kids can see what they look like even with their mask on! It’s all in the details

My daughter is super fearful of the dentist. We've always tried to talk it up and make it a fun experience, but she's wary of new things in general. That being said, she wasn't thrilled when we got there. However, Miss Ashley took her back with a wonderful happy tone to her voice (can't see smiles due to Covid obviously) and she showed her name badge that had her picture on it. My daughter sat on my lap and would not open to save her life. Miss Tanya helped her calm down and through a LOT of patience, was able to get every part of the appointment completed. We go to the Chandler location. Both of my children started out or are currently very apprehensive during dental visits and all of the staff members - especially Dr. Sherrill and Gwen - are the most patient, kind, and gentle I have ever seen while taking their time and easing my girls into each step. I remember hating the dentist when I was a kid. My kids love this place. The office is a perfect little bit of whimsy--trains! The dentists are amazingly knowledgeable and constantly accessible in case of emergency. The hygienist are so good at their jobs they make the kids think getting their teeth cleaned is fun. And not that it matters, but the toys is the goody bags are just the best.

Super awesome place to bring your kiddos in for dental work! Dr. Clark is my son's dentist specialist there and he is AWESOME!! He always makes sure that my son is comfortable and is doing good! He and staff are so good to my little man. They treat him well, they make him feel at home, they talk him through each procedure and just are great with him! They communicate well with me and always let me know the issues, the options and how it would affect him. Thank you Dr. Clark and Staff for being so great, caring and super friendly with us!!

I took my two year old daughter Madelyn to see Dr. Creech and we had an awesome experience! She loved playing with the trains while we waited a few minutes for her appointment. Then, once in the room, Dr. Creech had Madelyn entertained going up and down in the dental exam chair while we talked. At the end of her visit she got a cute pink hedgehog and new blue shirt along with a new toothbrush! Awesome staff and place!

Dr. Sherrill has been our primary dentist from day one for both of the kiddos and they create an inviting atmosphere for the kids.
Appointments are needed so make sure u schedule in advance as I know they have 2 locations. The train theme in the waiting room is cool with a TV playing something for the kids to pass the time. One thing I will say is that we start the appointments on time every time so we don't spend too much time waiting unless we are early.
The actual train set riding around the bays up above is great and adds a bit of a distraction for everyone.

My son has seen Dr. Creech for a couple years now. We have always had wonderful experiences at this office. Today my 16 month old chipped her tooth, I called the office at noon and they got me in for an emergency appointment 2 hours later! I couldn't believe it! Dr Sherrill was so kind with my little one, examined her tooth and presented all the options to me. The amount of education she presented to me on what to watch out for was incredible. She even told me to call their "on call" Doctor if I had concerns after hours.

This place is definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
From beginning to end everyone was sweet and pleasant to talk to. My little boy is very shy but opened right up to everyone and we both loved the goodie bag they gave out! Kids cavity free are entered in a drawing and if they win they get a prize, I wish they did that when I was younger!

My kids have now had 2 check ups there and I still love them! They are so so sweet to the kids and REALLY understanding! My 4 year old was so comfortable with them she didn't even need me in the room, while I was attending my 2 year old next door.. My 2 year wouldn't budge for them and they couldn't have been any nicer about it! Even though my daughter wouldn't open her mouth for Claudia, she kept her laughing and smiling the entire time! They helped keep one of my kids entertained while I was with the other with crayons and color books. I highly recommend this office for your

I took my daughter in for a consult because she has had traumatic expirience with dental extractions. They made her feel welcomed even a lady that wasnt her nurse comforted her while waiting for the doctor. Dr. took the time to explain the different options to make the procedure less intense and asked questions of her to evaluate her anxiety level. Even though she has been with her current dentist for 9 years Im going to transfer to this clinic!

C has been coming here for 7+ years. Since our first visit the staff and Doctors have all done their very best to make C comfortable. The lobby has a train theme going with a wooden playtable with a toy train for the kids to play with, plenty of child appropriate reading material and usually a fun kid friendly movie playing on the TV.
Once in the back for the appointment they kids get to watch a train cruising around on a track hanging from the ceiling. Very cool. They offer sunglasses to the kids to help block the bright exam light.

Been taking my kids here for more than 7 years. Its a fun place that really tries to make the kids comfortable. From toys and trains, to sunglasses in the chair to block the bright lights. Friendly staff and a good reminder system. Very happy with them.
When my oldest kid first started going there she was in an "uncooperative" stage that made all kids of appointments difficult (eye doctor, photos, etc) but they always handled her so well.

The office was so clean and fun. Trains galore! They even have a track overhead so kids can see the motorized trains go by while in the chair.
The staff was so great with kids! The hygienist took lots of time to talk and play with my 3.5 year old. She showed him how all the tools work in a way that made them seem fun. He was so relaxed and cooperative! I can't stress enough how important this is! I have been to OTHER places where they hold kids down crying while saying, "we're almost done" for what feels like an eternity. That did not happen here!

I came to their office because my daughter needed a tooth pulled and we couldn't do it with her regular dentist. This place was absolutely amazing. If this place is in network for your insurance, go there! The staff is so friendly the doctors are so personable and the tooth extraction was absolutely painless for my daughter. Highly recommended place for kids!

I can't begin to thank pediatric dental associates enough for their work and caring for my four year old girl. She has been a patient since she was two and has a complex dental/medical history. We started here on high recommendation and now have recommended this office to several friends. At the last visit, hygienist Claudia took her time with our little girl, explaining all the steps, talking about kids stuff ("Frozen," spaghetti...), and building our daughter's confidence in the dental chair. Dr. Creech, of course, is one of the most well known pediatric dentists in the Valley

Absolutely incredible staff. Amazing doctor. They made my son feel comfortable and welcome. They explained everything to me. Best dental officefor a pediatric doctor in town. I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Creech is amazing and was recommended to me by a friend. The training on the ceiling was incredible and my child loved it.
