Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services, a for profit corporation, is licensed as a Mental Health and Outpatient Substance Abuse Clinic by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and internationally accredited by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services strives to provide an effective treatment program for individuals who have mental health concerns and/or are addicted to drugs and alcohol. We treat the whole person-mind, body, and spirit so that individuals can establish a foundation on which they can build a productive and full life in recovery.

Lighthouse Counseling and Mediation Services is accredited by CARF International. Accreditation demonstrates a program's quality, transparency, and commitment to the satisfaction of the persons served. For clients who are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. Required for clients who are in the Opioid Treatment Program.
