Michael Anthony's Pizza

I should have trusted my instincts upon seeing a wide range of reviews and skipped this establishment. But no, I forged ahead with reckless abandon to the detriment of my taste buds to whom I owe a heartfelt apology. Some cite a crispy crust. I beg to differ and found it to be a dry chalky crust devoid of any satisfying flavor. The utter lack of cheese caused the underlying red sauce to percolate to the top and evaporate away and ultimately produce a shriveled up mess. I hope my taste buds will forgive me in time.

Got delivery quickly. Ordered 3 hoagie's and they were very good.
Fries nothing special. Prices a little high, but not enough to not order from them again.

Had a Cheese and Steak with onions, peppers, and mushrooms sub. The whole sub was about 16ins. long and delicious, it's a must have!!!

We moved to Citrus Springs from Jersey last year and have been on the hunt for good Pizza. These guys are the real deal!! Staff is friendly,pizza is just like Jersey. We had a grandma pie and a slice of Sicilian and they were perfect!!
We will be returning....

My family ordered the specialty(Supreme) and a pepperoni with cheese tonight and it was excellent!!! this was the best pizza we've had in a long time. And our delivery guy was friendly as well. We will definitely be ordering from here again. 5 stars in my opinion!!

First time trying this place.
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
Food --- lack of taste.
Portion size --- on pasta was a lot,
Antipasto was all lettuce very little anything else in it.
Cannoli --- was pretty good.
Also went back next day to JUST to let them know about my Antipasto order and the pizza cook was very rude insinuating I was a lair and he was getting very loud with me. So I then told him to stick it and I would NOT be back. P.S. I eat out about 4 times a week that will be their loss.
Order total $27.00 and change. Recommendation go to Moschello's restaurant next Shopping Center.

Great customer service and I love Soup! They have the best ever! Tonight I purchased over 12 bowls lol! Some for a sick friend, a couple for me, and a few to deliver to friends/family that agree they have the best soup ! Everything I have tried on their menu is amazing!! You can tell the owner has a passion for what he does !

Pretty disappointing chicken bacon ranch pizza today, especially compared to some really good pizzas we've had in the past. I needed my reading glasses to find the chicken, and the ranch was literally flowing off the edges. Sure hope this is not a sign of how things will be in the future.

First employee was rude and bossy and told us to go sit down and wait for the waitress. The pizza was too wet from the saturation of the vegetables on it, onions, mushrooms Making it soggy. There was hardly any cheese on it. Had to ask for the Parmesan and it still was not good. If you want good Pizza? Go to Silver Springs Pizza in Silver Springs Florida. It’s delicious! Friendly service as well.

Tried them the first week they opened in the old location and threw out the pizza. It taste of old fry oil and was disgusting. Fast forward a couple years and they move to their current location next to Publix and I keep reading good things (online) so figure I'd give them another shot.
The pizza taste just okay but was super thin and barely any crust. The pizza was like an old school bar pie. Not what I expect from a pizza joint.
The Italian Hot dog was bad too. It's near impossible to find good pizza in this area.
Would not recommend.

Calzone was good but difficult to eat, definitely tasty but requires knife and fork, as it should. Marinara was full of flavor.

Awesome pizza, thin and crispy. garlic knots to die for. highly recommend. staff great and friendly. have ate there and delivery. no complaints at all.

Their cheesesteak is the bomb!!!!! They are so huge enough for two meals!! Their pizza is also phenomenal..... it’s my new go to place when I’m hungry and want something delicious... or when I have company and I want to give them a nice treat!!

This is the taste of quality, skill, and love. This is a place you bring out of state folks complaining they can’t find good Italian food .I’ll say this and this alone, because I could go on all night about this place.
