There has been negative post about this place. But honestly these apartments are great super spacious and the management team is amazing. There maintenance man JC is great and super responsive to things that need to be addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend these apartments. I worked with Shannon and she is still amazing at addressing all questions and concerns.

Richard and his team are very respectful and professional people they all have a smile on there face at all times. We have had some bumps in the road but we have over came those obstacles. The maintenance guy jc is an a great guy we didn’t have a dishwasher for the first two months and hot water was spotty for a week as soon as we informed the office jc was knocking on our door to help. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and brought an urgency to our problems at hand and followed up with us the following days.

We love living here, over a year now, the apartments are great and well cared for. The grounds and the amenities are up to date and in great shape. The staff are exemplary, knowledgeable, friendly and there to help you when you need it. The location is great, close to alot of the venues around town. Overall its a great place to live.

They’re management is a complete joke.
We moved out of the apartments last year around may
Our contract didn’t ended until like august so we payed the remaining months. Nobody used the apartment then so we were paying both mortgage and apartment. Gave our notice months ahead now turns out we owe them $1,000 for some paperwork their manager missed to give us to fill out.
