Apartments are affordable and in good repair. Air Conditioner is good, come with dish washers and disposals in most all rooms. Pool is clean as well as the laundry area. Playground is in poor shape and could use a face lift. Response for emergency maintenance after hours is near impossible. Hope they get that taken care of soon. For the money it's a good complex, just wish to see better initiative from the maintenance team.
