Very dissatisfied I asked for the corporate number and no one gave it to me , The manager heard I was upset and not once did she come out from her office to address my problem. New management is awesome. Definitely making changes that this place needed. Before I had my door kicked in, needles outside by my vehicles, drug addicts, and my toilet was clogged for 6+ months before the new management came in and took care of everything. Would not have recommended this place before Veronica came in. She’s super nice and very welcoming unlike Jaime.

I was told over a month ago that I would receive a new washer and dryer and that I had to move my furniture so they can pull the carpet I moved out the furniture and sold my washer and dryer and I still have to spend 3 hours out of my day at the laundromat because management dropped the ball again.
And the response will be sorry to hear that Bishop Thomas we want to turn that one star into a five feel free to give us a call/not going to answer and you cannot leave a message.
