The discovery of two large roof slab spalls stopped the installation of the new built-up roof. Slab spalls measured 11 ft x 10 ft and 10 ft x 9 ft with a depth of 3 inches. A properly cured concrete mix was required in order to prevent cracking and remove the moisture from the new concrete to achieve proper adhesion of the new roof components.

Dominc gained experience working for several structural engineering design firms in South Florida for 10 years. Dominic became a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer in 1990 and established Dominic Rupolo P.E.

I hired him for a carport project. I paid a premium for the plan and I believed the level of service would be commensurate. I was wrong!. It took three trys to get the plans approved (I gave him the benefit of the doubt blaming a tough review process). Each resubmission costed me time and money. Then once the GC began construction, there were discrepencies in the plans. We called this architect/engineer for clarification and he was very short.
