Services
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey (UK), and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University (go Owls!). She earned her professional license in 1997. Mildred holds a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering from Politechnical University, Cluj-Napoca (Romania).
