THE DIRTIEST APARTMENT EVER!!! The pictures I provided aren’t even half of it, when we first moved in it “ looked “ clean. They even told us that they clean deeply in here. It was never cleaned at all and everything is so dirty, I even found crumbs from the old people who lived here. They even painted over the dirt! I’m sick from the apartment being so unclean . It is a health problem! I never received my security deposit back. For the last several months my emails are ignored, I repeatedly get the the run around about the status. They acknowledged that I overpaid and they are indebted, but it’s definitely not a priority to make things right.

I just moved in about three months ago, I was going to wait a bit longer to do a review but I couldn’t. I love the location of this apartment it’s 7 minutes away from my job and it’s pretty close to everything like the mall. I love that there’s a store attached to the building and I also love the concrete structure of the building because I have no issues with noise inside the building. The freeway gets annoying urging rush hour but it’s a decent place to live for the location.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I have had nothing but problems with this complex since I’ve signed my lease. A week before I was supposed to move, I confirmed my move in and they told me the current tenant was staying and brung up an agreement I signed that states a tenant may change their mind. However, that wasn’t the issue. The issue was that the tenant was supposed to had been moved and I had to call to find out myself that there was no unit available for me anymore a week before but they failed to acknowledge that part. Another unit became available on short notice so I still moved.

The whole apartment is a fraud. I’ve had no air for 5days, my cabinets fell off my walls in May they won’t pay for my damages. I have a giant hole in my wall from a previous tenant. My daughters closet door fell off the track and fell on her. On top of my bathroom ceiling leaks from the neighbors upstairs because they won’t turn the water off. They treat you like trash when they don’t come through with work orders or if there is a problem that’s their fault. I would never recommend anyone to live here.
