JP grew up in Fort Worth and was an All-State & All-American Football player in High School and later received a scholarship to play Football at TCU (Go Frogs!) where he earned a B.S. in Psychology.

In order to cancel you have to send CERTIFIED MAIL, meaning writing a letter and GOING to a post office. So, in 2022 their company policy makes it the most difficult to cancel a membership. Everything is a phone call or online nowadays, what the heck is this policy? I’ll stick to the gym down the street UFC Fit...better prices and open more with more amenities.

An excellent place to workout. I really enjoy that everyone is nice, including management; which is very informative. Everything is clean and well kept up. There is everything you could want in a gym, including the equipment. Parking is super easy and the hours of the gym, which is 24 hours, works so well with my schedule!

Called Fitness now recently adjust my account and Felix was so helpful! I called stressed out and confused and Felix helped me out a lot with my account. It’s so refreshing to get service like I did especially nowadays with all the chaos.
The gym is also always super clean and the staff has always been friendly and nice to me. I’d recommend this gym to my friends or even family!

Emily and Felix are always super welcoming and always able and willing to assist in any way possible, but best of all it is just a great environment. highly recommend this to any NRH or surrounding area residence.

I really don't have anything good to say about this gym. Customer service is awful.. long wait times when you call to cancel. They charge a $50 + a year equipment repair/ equipment upgrade fee but when you mention that you'd like to see certain equipment they tell you no! They tell you that you can use equipment that's stored away then tell you after signup that you're unable to use bc it belongs to owners wife. Only good thing I can say is their gym is clean. They lock you into a year contract.. I had to keep paying even though I don't even use this gym anymore. Don&apos

Horrible experience trying to get my membership canceled after my year term expired. You have to send a certified letter to Utah, and you will still get billed an extra cycle even after the year term was expired. "It's in the Contract" is the only answer you get. You can get a much better-equipped place where you are not signing in your life away. For $32 a month, you can get a pool, sauna, and a bathroom with more than one stall somewhere else. And oh, their yearly fees are $100 Vs. $40 of other better-equipped facilities..

I have been a member of this gym for more than 2 years and have no complaints. I feel as though it's never really cramped when I go (possibly because of the times I come). I'm always able to have access to whatever weights and machines I need. Love that it's a 24 hour gym. Love the turf area and the people are nice. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to several places and I can tell that this is not where you want to workout. Staff didn’t provide basic and super simple information and I’m glad I have asked. I was about to sign up, when I was told about the “the billing cycle” month policy, which means, when you cancel, they charge you one more month. I was not told that and I don’t think that is honest to hide that info from someone trying to sign up.
First time I visited the place all they told was 39.99, month to month, no contracts. I have even asked about the registration fee and stuff like that. They answered that

This is a great facility that has a good variety of equipment and is never super packed but... for a while now the "General Manager" Felix has made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable.
At first he seemed cool and someone we could chill with but shortly after he start sending her advances despite knowing we were together. At first he started messaging her and asking her out repeatedly despite her obvious disinterest and rejections. When she was there alone he would linger nearby where she was working out every time she was there. Then there was a night she was up there training alone

The fine print of the membership is not the same as what you are told when you call paramount acceptance(the people who actually hold your account) also when cancellation is in play they will let your certified letter sit in a P.O. Box for an extra 2 weeks so that it's not with in the time frame of the billing cycle. They also do not follow the mask mandate which is terrible and reckless. It's a really small space just jammed packed with equipment being used

Joined this gym after being a member of La Fitness for over a decade. Love this place, it has a variety of new equipment, super clean, and very professional staff. It's a great place to workout. The people who work there have been very supportive offering me help to get to my fitness goals, by far the best gym experience in a long time.
