I was involved in a horrific motor vehicle collision on my way home from work. A very young, inexperienced driver made a u-turn in front of me causing a violent full speed collision. The officer didn’t cite him which I quickly learned would cause issues for me in my case. The insurance company asked questions that I later discovered would be used against me to claim their insured was not responsible. Once they denied the claim I knew I needed help.
