The history of Rodgers, Kee, Card & Strophy, P.S. originated in Olympia more than 36 years ago by its founding partners, G. Saxon Rodgers and Richard L. Ditlevson. Mr. Rodgers and Mr. Ditlevson respectively developed the highest level of legal practice and became known as some of the top Olympia Attorneys for their superior representation of clients.
Today's firm continues to subscribe to the belief that each client deserves experience, integrity, and solutions that have been the basic foundation of the firm since its inception. G. Saxon (Sax) Rodgers is a founding member of Rodgers Kee Card & Strophy, P.S., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, real estate, and administrative law in Olympia and surrounding Washington counties.
Mr. Rodgers served in the United States Army from 1970 to 1972, in between earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.Together with Richard L. Attorney C. Scott Kee maintains a diverse civil litigation practice in the areas of contract disputes, collections, corporations, contractor claims, insurance, probate, and personal injury. Scott has tried cases in the District and Superior Courts of Thurston, Mason, Pierce, Grays Harbor, and Lewis Counties.
Megan D. Card focuses her practice on family law, estate planning, probate, trusts and general civil litigation. Megan D. Card is a driven and determined advocate at Rodgers Kee Card & Strophy, P.S., where she focuses her practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation including firearm restoration and vacation of criminal records.
Paul was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. He attended St. Michael's School, Jefferson Middle School and Capital High School, graduating in 1992. Paul went to the University of Washington and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Paul graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2006.
Heather Christenson is an Associate Attorney at Rodgers Kee Card & Strophy, P.S., where she concentrates her practice on general business transactions, real estate, and health care. Ms. Christenson is experienced in the formation of business organizations; the purchase, sale, and development of real estate; buying and selling businesses; and the preparation of commercial and residential leases.

Megan Card acted dishonestly through utilizing un-filed slanderous complaints in a family law case. A slanderous complaint written by Hoss Wilson Hoss, Nisqually Pines HOA Attorneys. She willfully & brazenly misrepresented facts. Her illicit abuse of the intent of law (restraints until 2099) has this school bus driver, health-care worker, Washington State Volunteer (sic now former WAEMD volunteer), restrained from her child. My x-husband is now suffering Card's exorbitant fees and fighting his disability. My x was very ill during court and Megan Card & the courts both refused to believe or hear

Compare to one of wa state

Badly represented by this firm from wa legal system.

Never have had an attorney, My Mother passed and needed help. Also needed help with squatter Tom and Scott Kee were hired. Needless to say they didn't know what they were doing. Poor communication, tell u everything you want to hear, charge for eviction letter that was not even turned into courthouse! Absolutely disgusted!

We have worked, and are working with Scott, on two family member estates. Estates are not fun and are hard when emotions are still very raw. Scott was the perfect person to help us through these hard times. He was so understanding and straight to the point. His communication was just right. His office staff are super helpful and so sweet. Scott and his staff are the people who can make an estate a little easier to handle.

Thomas Westbrook was hired to try to intimidate me regarding an easement dispute he lied about property law's that didn't exist made up definitions two words what he didn't realize is that he was dealing with a surveyor I'm the guy his office would call to settle easement disputes for 6 months he tried to harass me until finally his client and him self filed an illegal lawsuit where is client and himself perjured themselves throughout all of their testimonies forcing me to hire my own lawyer after dealing with him for 8 months after the easement dispute was over I went to his boss and presented

Megan Card used an unfiled complaint to slander libel & defraud. Megan Card presented a complete misrepresentation of facts and should be disbarred. I have held better attorneys in contempt. I would not recommend Megan or this law firm to anyone who believes in honesty & integrity in law. I watched Megan squander seven thousand dollars from a disabled Veteran and the JOB was STILL NOT done properly. SHE DOES NOT BELONG IN LAW.

Hired Megan card on to a family law case, her lack of communication as well as making uncoordinated moves without our consent caused damage to our case. She lost focus and missed huge points that could have easily benefited our stance, but her lack of dedication caused us financial and emotional damage.

I don't know what Christie's official position is but she is an absolute rude person to talk with over the phone. You can hear the attitude in her voice just talking with her and the first minute. Cheap console I kept cutting me off on my two conversations I have had with her and had horrible customer service. She has made me look at this office completely different I don't think that she should be talking with potential clients on the phone at all. Horrible service. And excuse my language but she is a absolute bit $#
