At our Montgomery, AL Massage Studio we help clients needing immediate relief for painful conditions and muscle tension, people working to get rid of chronic pain that has been ailing them for months or years, those who have clinical conditions and need help with injury rehabilitation, as well as with clients who do not have specific issues.
We'll formulate a treatment plan that's right for you. Tell us where it hurts. Tell us where you are stiff and sore. We listen, then go to work performing a customized massage, precisely targeted to relieve aching muscles, stiff necks, and sore back. Massage is generally considered part of complementary and alternative medicine.

Services
We have services and rates to meet your needs - whether it's a traditional 60 minute session, a series of half hour sessions, or a 20 minute mini session. Swedish Massage is the most common and best known type of massage. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm.
An eclectic approach, this treatment incorporates a variety of eastern and western massage styles ranging from light, soothing relaxation to deep-tissue and myofascial work on specific areas. Your concerns and preferences decide which modalities will be most helpful and may include a blend of Swedish, shiatsu, and structural integration techniques.
Prenatal and postnatal massage, possibly the most effective resource available to ease the discomfort and increase the enjoyment of pregnancy. Prenatal massage is performed side lying, supported with firm bolsters, or using a body cushion, allowing the soon-to-be-mother a chance to lay face down comfortably.
Thai massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body's systems. Thai massage typically works with compression - rhythmic pressing movements directed into muscle tissues by either the hand or fingers. Thai massage usually takes place on a futon mat on the floor, with the client wearing loose or stretchy clothing.
Some clients who received cupping sessions found that it relieved chronic pain and helped improve range of motion to injured areas. The clients who experienced this pain relief reported that the effects lasted longer than the pain relief associated with other massage modalities. Cupping is an effective way to reduce the muscle stiffness associated with Fribromyalgia.

First I would like to say I’ve been going to them for almost 3 years with no complaints. However today was horrible. The first issue of many that I thought they were still wearing mask as you get your service and that was a no! My therapist was sniffing the whole session which made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid $110 for a 90 minute session and only was there for an 1 hour. From my understanding I was getting a full body massage and he didn’t touch key areas that we talked about before the massage even began. The head rest I kept complaining about and he didn’t seem to care at all that

Very bad experience. Beforehand I took the time to read the requirements for COVID, and they said you needed to wait in your car to be called in, someone would meet you at your car to take your temp and that you needed to wear a mask while entering the facility. Well none of that happened except I wore my mask in the facility. After I entered the room and started to prepare for my massage I was told I would need to wear a mask while I was on my back! I was shocked at this info, because it was not stated anywhere that I took the time to read beforehand! So I simply told the lady I will just remain

I can’t say enough positive things about Nikki and Peaceful Kneads. This was my first massage experience, and was only a last resort turn for spinal therapy prior to surgical intervention. I had the 1hr cupping massage and after a single visit my dexterity in my hands improved, my pain and pressure in my neck and spine went from a solid 7 to a zero, and my overall attitude improved.
Her professionalism, ability to make you feel comfortable, and address your unique needs is out of this world. Massages can some time hold an intimidating cost, for the price and quality of this experience you can

I have used Fred at Peaceful kneads several times now and his massage technique has worked wonders! Better than any chiropractor I’ve seen. I have 2 herniated disc in my neck that cause shoulder blade pain and my right arm to go numb at times, but as long as I visit Fred monthly it helps tremendously. Couldn’t recommend a better massage therapist in town!!
