I scheduled an appointment earlier in the morning. When I arrived Nancy informed me that someone with the “same name” as me had showed up claiming they had an appointment as well and that she was beginning the work to start his session. Because of this she asked would I be willing to reschedule my appointment with an additional complimemtary 15 minutes. Rescheduling wasn’t an option for me due to work (I also drove 30 mins to make the appointment).
