Great Punjabi food. Delicious chaat options. It's a small vegetarian joint but packs a punch. Their Lunch box is also pretty neat.

DoorDash.Ordered 515pm.We don't prefer to use delivery services, but had a giftcard. Benchnark with Chit Chaat - Racine *****
Manchurian Gobi looked like leftovers, didn't fill the container and had way too much salt and pepper. Rice is not included. Aloo Tikki also seemed old and tamarind chutney was thin like water; green chutney was made with dried spices. Naan is not literally "stuffed", more like garlic spread on and folded. Rasam, no. It was disappointing to look at and I rage ate it because I was hungry.

You can not call this a veg biriyani for sure. It's more like a mix of fried rice & pulao. No biriyani taste at all. And for a small box it costs 11.99.

There are better restaurants. Extra spicy was not spicy at all. Paneer dish was bland. Pau bhagi was not authentic tasting. Rose lassi tasted like bad sour milk. People were nice though and hardworking it seems. Unfortunate.

Decided to try this highly-rated spot. We ordered chana masala, garlic naan, and the makki di roti meal combo with some desserts. All very fresh and tasty! No complaints here. Will definitely return.

Wish they were a bit more considerate when the new customer does not like a dish and wants to a try a new one instead of asking them to throw away a dish they have paid for. Would recommend to taste the dish first if you are trying it for the first time, if not check what the ingredients are. I would have offered the dish my customer liked instead of turning them away.

Yum. It was great to find a vegetarian and affordable restaurant open for pick up during the pandemic. The food was delicious albeit spicy for my taste buds, that are accustomed to bland. Got pick up here twice, and tempered the heat with their yummy bread.

There aren't a lot of veg-Indian joints in town, and no South Asian restaurants of any sort in this area so I am usually a regular. I say usually because during the Pandemic I've cut out visiting places that aren't extremely careful about hygiene and they come out of the back putting on their masks when I came in to pick up my order. Probably an indication of hygiene in normal times, but I've eaten Indian food in India so, you know, it's all relative. The food here is inconsistent, sometimes it's pretty good, but sometimes it's less so. I have gotten the feeling

For a restaurant with a dine in area, not during Covid obviously, but...... Thi is the WORST take out I've ever had. I spent $37 on 3 dishes and 2 samosa. The things that they call "curry", is all oil. It has absolutely no curry flavor. I am terribly disappointed because I've been wanting to try this in forever cuz it's a Vegetarian place. I wish I could get my money back cuz all the food is too oily too eat and hardly any fresh ingredients. I am very upset.

My friend and i drove 28 miles and paid $13 for a rose falooda, mango lassi and gulabjamun. the gulabjamun weren't soft, the lassi was not thick- very watery :( and as for the falooda, it don't taste like falooda, and it has a weird aftertaste. i might as well drive to chicago and go to Tahoora. very disappointed

Amazing food, all vegetarian menu! And great service. I wish they didn't use styrofoam and plastic forks, but understandable for a small business.

Fresh food. We ordered mix vegetable (which included oakra, potatoes, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and ivy gourd). Wasn't expecting this combination. It lacked salt and wasn't cooked properly. Potatoes were bit raw. So it was disappointing. I also ordered butter rotis. However. They were just plain rotis, but really good. So I was able to ignore that. Last was vegetable biryani. It didn't have any salt. Super dry. Not enough veggies. I was expecting some potatoes. So it was basically yellow plain rice. I also found it to be a bit expensive. I will try this place one more time as

Absolutely delicious and an amazing value. Everything is fresh with excellent flavor and the wait is not very long. I went with my co-workers for lunch and we all loved it. $10 lunch special is the way to go. 3 different curries (I got dal, butter paneer, and mushrooms) plus biryani, roti or naan, plus a fresh hot samosa and dessert (jilebi!!!). You will be stuffed and so happy. TRY THE MANGO LASSI!!! So refreshing and yummy.

I wish more people knew about this place! Food is so good and authentic. I had the lunch special and a mango lassi. The lunch special came with nan bread and a dessert. Indian music on the speaker, not too loud. Very nice experience.

What an incredible find. Delicious food and very reasonable. Doesn't look like much from the outside but the smells entice you as you pull up
Only complaint is that it's too small. Was so crowded when we were there. Barely room to wait. But that's a good sign that the food is great. If it wasn't a 4 hour drive I'd be there once a week

Tried this place recently at the suggestion of some co-workers. What a sweet little find! The owner & staff were so friendly & helpful & the food was excellent - fresh & flavorful!! While I waited I read some articles published about the restaurant & the owner and was truly impressed by this brave woman's journey. Truly inspirational!
I will be back! 👍

Good place to eat chat. Chat was good, I had to go next day to try few other items on menu. They do have some sweets, and tried those too and it was delicious. Will visit again when I am in Milwaukee.

Staff were courteous too.

I am so glad that I decided to randomly check this place out when i was around this neighborhood. This is my current go to north indian place in milwaukee. Food has been consistently freshly prepared and served piping hot!

Do check this out if you are in the market for -
1. Tasty indian quick eats and street food. Their samosas are super fresh and pretty authentic ( Trust me, I almost got transported back to Delhi when I took my first bite of the samosa)
2. Need quick comfort food fixes ( this is a hole in the wall place, so evaluate it for what it is and what it stands for). Although the place

Small, casual, vegetarian Indian restaurant. Have gotten take out from here a couple times, although they do have dine in seating for about 15-20. Have tried the biryani (flavorful basmati rice with vegetables), chana masala (chickpeas), paneer butter masala (creamy cheese curry), and the aloo gobi (potatoes and cauliflower), all of which are delicious. The aloo gobi is my favorite so far. All of the above dishes are full of delicious flavors and spices, but aren't too hot-spicy. Would definitely recommend Indian Delight, although know that they only serve vegetarian food. Portions aren&apos

The flavors are good, but the portions are minuscule. Especially compared with the portions in the photo in the laminated review hanging right there on the wall.

The choices on the menu don't match what you can actually get.

I just can't abide styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery in a sit-down eatery. That's just an unconscionable amount of landfill waste.

After a half hour in the place, I smelled of deep fryer and grease ... as if I'd spent the time working in the kitchen.

Nice people though!

This is my second time eating here in two days because I just found this place on Sunday. Their food is so good! I cannot wait to try more of their menu. I highly recommended the kadai paneer curry, amazing flavor and wonderful ingredients.

Their prices are great for the portion and they are always so quick with my carry out orders. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Be sure to check it out and expand those eating horizons.

Very friendly service. Nice selection of desserts. It's well-lit in here. I ordered jalebi and chole bhature. They have lunch specials and a kid's menu, too. Totally vegetarian so if you're looking for goat meat, you will not find it here.
