I would like express my deepest appreciation for the excellent crowns that Dr. Sharel Byard provided. I had a great deal of problems with filling continuously falling out and very expensive to have the fillings replaced. Dr. Byard elevated the problem with new crowns and the workmanship and coloring was exceptional. I want to say thank you Dr, Byard and his team.

They’ve changed. I waited in the waiting room for 26 minutes, which I thought was a normal amount of time. But the tech volunteered to tell me I would be running behind now because I was 30 min late! I told her I got into the office at 11:04. I’ve been waiting in your waiting room ever since. Obviously the front desk girls didn’t put my file in to be next. I didn’t mind the wait. But thought it was inappropriate for her to just tell me I was that late, especially when I wasn’t. Where else am I supposed to wait? Weird. It’s really busy and loud now. Very fast paced lots of people there

Current patient and called for appointment as its been nearly 2 yrs - absolutely horrible customer service with no attempt to facilitate scheduling for my son and myself - totally ok with saying no appointments available and we are booked past September with no availability. I said I would call another dental group and she said "ok" - so there is that.... total lack of patients loyalty- they do not care about repeat customers.... btw I was able to get an appointment and have a great pleasant conversation at Henderson Modern Dentistry

I love this place! I am so glad that I found Dr. James Frantz. Extremely professional and compassionate man. I had some bad dental experiences when I was very young. I'm 57 now and still have fear of going to the Dentist. It's hard to find a dentist that I feel comfortable with. I not only feel comfortable with Dr Frantz but I completely trust him. I had to have a crown replaced a few months back. He did a wonderful job...... and got me through it. Everyone in this office has been great to me.

I love the staff and Dr. Frantz. Just received a bill with an additional charge of $10 for Covid charges. Was told mouthwash, masks and hand sanitizer went up in price and that the waiting room gets cleaned more often.
I would have hoped that a medical office that deals with exams and surgery would have been as clean before as it is now. The actual cost for the Covid fee is $25 To the insurance companies. I was told that it's reduced to $10 when the patient has to pay.

The dentist Mark was marginal but the REAL problem I have is the girls at the front desk/phones. They do NOT know how to treat people with any common respect. They tried charging me for rescheduling an appointment and Im glad I did because I found a new dentist and magically my crown is fine and did not need to be replaced. I would get a 2nd dentist to double check anything this office is recommending

This is a wonderful very professional and very caring Green Valley Dental Group. Dr James B. Frantz is outstanding in his profession. He is a fantastic knowledge dr dentist! He manners are so as he performed his work on you are truly amazing and he explains everything he is going to do and as he is doing his work on you he keeps you informed. Kelly his assistant is wonderful kind and gentle. All the staff at Green Valley Dental Group have been wonderful professional courteous and friendly. And all the work dr Frantz has done for me and I have quite a bit of work is perfect without any problems

Dr Frantz has been my dentist for years ...everyone there is always so friendly and professional...they're really just like family to me. I have been seeing Dr. Dorilag since 2003 and couldn’t be happier with my dental care! His care for your well being during dental procedures is truly amazing. When people I know are looking for a dentist I always recommend him and they always tell me how great he is! I’ve moved out of state but I still fly back because it’s worth it to see a dentist who cares for his patients so well. -Waited until 4:15pm and called back by someone other than the hygienist I requested.
-Stranger hygienist asks me if I want to be numbed & I immediately say for what, a cleaning?
-Stranger hygienist says yes for your deep cleaning.
-I said no I did not schedule a deep cleaning for today, I would like a standard cleaning until I'm with the hygienist I know/am comfortable with.

Dr. Franz, Dr. Dorilag and Dr. Silva are all professional and caring. The office has the newest technology and the doctors are all highly knowledgeable in the newest techniques and procedures.
Melissa, at the front desk, always remembers names and follows-up when she says she will.
The assistants and hygienists are gentle and informative... and, they don't rush you.
I can't believe how many places I visit on a daily basis where I feel like just another customer. Green Valley Dental Group obviously cares about their patients.

One Star reviews especially of medical professionals are not something I write on a whim. With that in mind I'm going to stick to the facts. I needed to be seen by Dr. Frantz as I was having severe tooth pain. It was so bad I was taking 1600 mg of Ibuprofen every 4 hours, and I even tried using some antibiotics I had left over to try and relieve some of the pain.
The fact that I was in pain was communicated during the appointment confirmation call. I let the dental hygienist know before she took X-rays. I even said something to Dr. Frantz directly when he was doing an inspection of my teeth

Well I Used to Love coming here, I recently changed insurances and I called to verify they took my insurance and everything would be covered as it was with my previous plan. I was assured by the billing lady that it was all covered and set and I have 2 free cleanings and X-rays a year. I just received a bill and called to ask what it's for. She said I have to pay more because they charge more. HAD I OF KNOWN THIS I WOULD OF TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! Which I called to specify prior to even making my appointment. Will NOT be returning.

The facility's are very clean and staff is so nice. They always try and squeeze you in and accommodate your schedule.
I went in today because I chipped my front tooth and Dr Franz fixed it in less than 10 minutes!! And it looks better than before!!
I would definitely recommend coming here for all dental needs!!

WOW! Consider me impressed. I, like many people, have never really been a fan of going to the dentist. I've only ever had 2 cavities in my life (both after age 25), but I still get major anxiety.
