Had work done on jeep 3 years and only 6000 miles ago. About a week later we had an axle leak, one side, due to the work they performed. Accurate made a mistake and discussed with myself. We agreed to a type of repair that should something ever happen that Accurate would look after me with warranty. Had jeep in for minor repairs, 2 weeks ago, and they pointed out the other side axle was leaking. Discussed with the owner, Chuck, and he vaguely remembered our situation. That in itself was quite reassuring, because if u were making mistakes on an ongoing basis, u would not remember them all. Believe

Had an oil change before I left town and was about 2 hours into trip when started seeing and smelling burnt oil plumes coming from underside of vehicle. Plumes subsided and oil leak was minimal. Got it Lake Havasu and assessed a possible fire risk (burnt oil and creosote build up on attached cargo trailer) if I continued on. Scheduled an appointment Friday for assessment on Monday. They were able to get me in and found a major oil leak problem and some smaller ones that required resolution. They were clear and provided evidence of discovered issues and explained the costs in detail.

After having to have our vehicle towed because of engine problems, I took our Suburban to Accurate Auto Care while I returned back to California.
Believing that the engine in our car was pretty much done because of the noise it was making, and inability for it to be driven, I was expecting the worst. Accurate Auto Care diagnosed and fixed our problem which thankfully turned out to be something minor.
During a time of vulnerability, and me not being there in Havasu to oversee what was being done to my car, Accurate Auto could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. I was so pleased with there

Being new to the area I wanted to find a place I could get our vehicles serviced. After some Internet research I found Accurate Auto Care. I called and was quickly put in their schedule. Their work was fast and excellent. The following week I had them align my headlights, again FAST and they did a great job. I highly recommend them and they are now my go-to shop!

We were in town for only one day and had problems with my truck. They made time for us in their already full schedule, gave us a ride to the downtown area to enjoy ourselves while they performed the needed diagnostics, and had us heading out of town within a few hours. Diagnosis came up negative for any problems and they were so gracious they did not charge us for that. They were such a pleasure and a treat to do business with!

My Honda had an intermittent electrical issue for the last two years that could not be diagnosed by the Honda dealership after towing it in twice last year. A couple of month ago, it wouldn't start again, I had it towed to a Lake Havasu City auto repair shop recommended by AAA, who kept it for a week, charged me, and was not able to locate the issue either. They gave my car back with grease on the steering wheel and carpet. Last week I had my Honda towed to Accurate Auto Care, and within an hour the Accurate tech located the issue and fixed it permanently and with very little cost. I would highly

Car broke down in Arizona on road trip. Had a very difficult time trying to find a shop available that day to fix car. Jake at Accurate Auto Care was super helpful. Helped get us a tow truck to drop car off at shop. Next day the car was up and running. Very grateful for these guys. And car ran very well for the rest of our 5 day trip. I would definitely go back to these guys many times if I lived near there.
