Took VW Beetle as the cab was filling up with carbon monoxide from below car for an estimate to repair. Problem was a flex hose which was cut by rocks on road. The problem was immediately diagnosed. Because it was unsafe to drive they squeezed it in and repared it perfectly for a reasonable cost. I was only wishing for an honest mechanic but I not only found this at Havasu Auto Care but I found compassion and caring for us.

Highly Recommended!
I'm updating my review 2 months after leaving my original review. This place is AWESOME! I had an issue where my car was leaking fluid. I was concerned that I would need to wait for service but they surprisingly said bring it in immediately. They fixed my car the same day even though they were very busy with all of their other pre-scheduled appointments.

Havasu Auto Care always takes care of me when I call. Honest, professional, accurate and friendly service every time. I take my car in and they fix it or tell me what's wrong with it. I love that I can trust them. They always let me use the loaner vehicle and they got a new one!! Thank you for that!! I def recommend this shop. Stephanie is sweet and calls back as promised! I cannot compare it to any other shop in Havasu because I've only been here for repairs. They haven't given me a reason to shop around. Sticking to what works and who I can rely on.
