I was stranded in Lake Havasu and the team at Bob’s My Shop took great care of me. They quickly identified my issue, was able to get the repair done quickly even after having to order the part, and charged me a very fair price. Their service and care made us feel like family.

Was able to replace my AC compressor in a day, and allowed me to bring my car by within two days of it giving me troubles. After I got it back, I thought that something else was wrong with it and they even let me bring it by that day that I called and went for a ride with me. Charged me to fix my radio screen (which would have been a quick and simple fix, I would think) but overall their service was extremely quick, and they are very kind.

I bought an older Suburban. Â The guy told me the A/C was shot. I brought it here to "Bob's My Shop". Â Anyways, super nice people here, pretty busy, very popular and gave me an estimate that "Started at $1,000 and will continue to go up as I go back from the front compressor. " The guy showed my that my compressor was recently replaced. But, not the rest of the system and it may or may not have messed up. Like, my condenser etc. Â Not a bad quote.

Have a 1999 Dodge Ram beat up pretty bad. Took in to have ac repaired. Has been working great since.
They have also replaced most of the dashboard which was in pieces. No easy task in my opinion.
Very professional shop friendly staff. They kept me updated on how work was progressing.
I would highly recommend this shop and will use again.

Unbelievable service. Didn't make it the last 100 miles to Havasu and based on reviews had my truck towed to Bob's. after hours and left a note in the drop box with what had happened (lost all coolant). Called at 8:03 the next morning and was told they had it in a bay and checking it out. Short time later they called me with a diagnosis and a reasonable quote for a new water pump and told it would be done by noon. Showed up around 10:30 to check on things and the truck was done. They knew how important it was to our vacation and got us up and running in no time. Hard to find people like this.

Bought a second house in Havasu in Oct 2017. Came out week before Thanksgiving 2020 and the thermostat wasn't working on my wife's 2008 Saturn Aura and the A/C wasn't getting cold either. Since we plan on moving here full time next year decided to find shop while here. Looked up local shops and saw Bob's with almost 1800 reviews with 95% rated 5 stars! Got there first thing Monday morning and able to squeeze us in even with short week.

Everybody here was very nice..... car was worked on and repaired same day..... had 2 window motors replaced and the windshield wiper motor replaced everything works great..... if I had any thing that would be considered negative to say it would be that I thought the labor price was rather high perhaps they could offer a senior discount......

So picture this... Fourth of July weekend and our truck breaks on launch ramp! Ugh
Husband in water on boat, me by myself ...
Gear shifter broke, finally somehow get it into four wheel drive and get off ramp but truck now stuck in low 4x
Called Bobs my shop and a super sweet gal answers the phone and she puts a tech on the line, he says to come right over!
I can't go more then like 5 miles per hour but I get it there , they were waiting for me and he started to check it out immediately!! , he fixed gear shifter and gets it out of four X and tells me no charge! He does tell me to get

My parents take both of their cars here and I took my suv here for an oil change.
My parents have everything done here from transmissions,brakes, transmission, oil changes, and so much more. Not only are they extremely reasonable with everything, but they take the time to explain what is going on with the car and what is wrong.
They answer 100 questions with tons of patience and information. They are extremely trustworthy and when they give you a quote they stick to it. They hardly ever have any "surprises" and if they do they call you and discuss it to figure out the best course of
