Ordered takeout by phone, was quoted that it would take 25 minutes. Arrived after 30 minutes, and waited an ADDITIONAL 25 minutes for food to be ready. Their 25 minute quote turned into nearly an hour. I only ordered one dish. No apology, no discount, and people who ordered after me received their food before. Never coming here again.

Ordered $86.06 worth of food which was a big rip off😳 chilli parota and baby corn fry was so spicy where we couldn’t even eat. Paneer Butter Masala was very soggy, full of gravy which had only 4 pieces of paneer. Vadacurry was packed very very little which costed $14.89! Really?? Is it A2B ?? Very poorly packed. I won’t recommend anyone to use delivery options as restaurant packs too little. Is somebody supervise the orders packed for the high price items?. I feel only South Indian Thaali alone was good. I feel A2B probably good only for Idli and dosas. I was completely disappointed with

We ordered Rava Masala Dosa. The price was more than expected, but it tasted fine, and was decently portioned. The place itself was well lit and spacious. However, the service (at least from the gentlemen who was serving us) was terrible; he was completely unfriendly and uninterested in being there; we felt unwelcome and were happy to leave early.

Perhaps the gentlemen who served us was an outlier and doesn't speak to the restaurant's overall service, but this was my take from my first experience here.

Nice location, fast service and good food. Upma, Rava Masala Dosa were pretty good. Chole bathure were surprisingly good.
We didn't have to wait long to get table nor had to long to get food. Overall nice experience.

As the name suggests this is as authentic as you can get to South Indian cuisine. They have a pretty elaborate menu. Parking is very limited in front of the restaurant but there are plenty of spots available in the adjacent church. Taste and looks of dishes is one major aspect of a restarant visit. However the cherry on the topping is the service. This place has absolutely none of it. From the weird self service ordering app, to the exorbitant wait times to receive food the service is out right terrible. Their dishes some what mask this gap
I recommend their dosas and their chilli starters. Their

This review is for their customer service only. The order promised time is horrible. They have made us wait more than 45 minutes past the promised time for the order to be ready. Don't promise a time if you cannot get the food ready on time

Authentic south Indian taste with nice decor, with ample parking. The restaurant is practicing touch less ordering, but looks short-staffed which is understandable considering the labor situation. We had the dosas, and cauliflower 65 which were excellent but the chutneys that come with the dosas come in little quantities.

Their service was terrible, our order of 10 people was jumbled, an order of masala dosa, onion masala rava dosa and masala rava dosa came an hour and half later. Plus their rava masala dosa and their rava dosas were tasteless. The staff lacks the experience to manage guests on weekends, dropped Sambar on my clothes - probably the worst customer service experience. Avoid this place on the weekends....
Their ordering system was highly unprofessional. They didn't have a designated waiter for our table and we had to remind them multiple times that more than 4 orders are still awaited.

No girls trip is complete without delicious food! And what happens when you get two South Indian girls together who have a craving for chutney and dosa? Answer: driving an hour out of the way to A2B!

My friend made a reservation on Saturday night for Sunday morning and called to change the time. However, when we called, we were told that Adyar Ananda Bhavan doesn't take reservations. We headed straight there and although it was pretty packed, we were able to get a table! The decorations were splendid.

This location has a fantastic online, contactless ordering system. Everyone places the

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, generous portions, and quality dishes made with an attention to detail. What is not to love?

You can see all the dishes we tried and they were all amazing.

After learning so much about the tasty food available here we went there for an evening. Ordered chat and filter coffee. It was supposed to be an evening snack but we ended up eating for dinner time. That much wait we had to do. And we realized that if we ordered south Indian dishes like dosa we would get the order quickly which makes sense by the name of the restaurant. Moreover the chat we had wasn't that great either. But the filter coffee was good. So next time it's only for south Indian food.

Visited this place for the first time this weekend, and my very first time trying indian food as well!
The place was packed but theres plenty of parking in the lot they share with the church. The waiters were nice and checked up on us and served water. Currently you order through a QR code/website.
Food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Will definitely come again.

Disorganized chaos on weekends at NVA’s most popular south Indian vegetarian restaurant. Decent organized chaos weekdays
This was our first visit at this Herndon chain at a location formerly occupied by Angeethi. We arrived for Saturday lunch and quickly learned from staff that arrive early and get served quickly and what you ordered , arrive late and you depend on luck for timely and accuracy of order.
Located off the main road, there is ample parking both behind the restaurant (outdoor seating ) or adjacent to the church. Again, arrive late on weekend and you may have to drive around.

Delicious South Indian food!! Been coming here for the past year and this restaurant has done AMAZING during covid!! They are very clean, and the staff is always masked and wearing gloves. My family and I always order take out and it's fresh and has never disappointed us! We love the masala dosa and idli sambar, always a must.

They recently started indoor dining and my friend and I came for lunch today, social distancing is enforced and the menu/ bill is on our phones - very convenient! Today we ordered the hot rasam, mini Tiffin, idli, and the delicious madras coffee.

Definitely check

Decent authentic Indian restaurant known for South Indian cuisine mainly. Also has several options from North Indian cuisine. The food was clean non greasy but mildly flavored.
For vegans, vegetarian - This is heaven. Every item is vegetarian and several are vegan
The restaurant had outdoor seating and we were also able to have our dog in the outdoor seating area

This is the worst curbside pickup experience I've ever had. In the middle of the pandemic, these people have no idea what to do to keep people safe - extremely incompetent handling of the situation. My family has multiple members at high risk for Covid, but since this is my parents favorite restaurant for South Indian food, we decided to get food here. Delivery costs a whopping $20 ON THEIR OWN SITE, which is literally four times the delivery fee of comparable restaurants, so since they had a curbside pickup, we decided to do this, much to our anguish.

First, the approximate for when the

The rava masala dosa was awesome.

We also ordered the thali, nice spread.

Food was good, at least tastes somewhat close to A2B in India. But, don't go with the same expectations of how you'll experience it in South plains, NJ. A2B always reminds of Ilaiyaraja instrumentals, clean restaurant and friendly service. But here in this place, no music, cleanliness is rare to find. The table I was seated, had leftovers from… previous guests on the floor, like right in front of the table, which isn't a pleasant experience when you're sitting down to eat your food. At least we had a friendly waiter, Celestine. He did asked for the feedback before I left, and told him the
