Being in a relationship can be challenging no matter what stage you're in. Premarital counseling is a fun and exciting opportunity for the couple to explore more deeply how this will look. Many times in relationships, we become focused on the "content" of an event or conversation as opposed to the "process".

The term "Christian Counseling" can be confusing. It doesn't necessarily mean that the client is learning "to be" a better Christian or that the counseling is solely focused on leading a Christian life; however, there's a good chance it may lead to that on some level. What it does mean is that the client brings a "problem" into therapy while the counseling is being shaped by Christian principles.
