EnSpire Counseling & Wellness was born out of the desire to merge mental health/counseling, preventive, and wellness services under one umbrella. EnSpire is UNIQUE and presents a wide variety of services for clients all under one roof. It is the first collaborative counseling and wellness center serving Valdosta and our surrounding communities.
Our clinicians and staff at EnSpire endeavor to recognize the needs of the community and collaborate with insurance companies to provide affordable, accessible healthcare and wellness. Leah McMillan, DPA, LMFT, EMDR Trained, CFRC has extensive clinical experience ranging from being a rape crisis advocate & domestic violence assessor, to a child/adolescent therapist, a clinical supervisor, and staff counselor/Assistant/Interim Director for VSU's Counseling Center. Dr. McMillan has been in private practice for over 6 years.
In order to provide our clients with a wide range of services, we have partnered with Rejuvenating Massage Therapy to provide Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Nomad Chiropractic to provide nutritional counseling, Keystone Therapy Services to provide occupational and speech therapy, The Center for Dispute Resolution to provide mediation/conflict resolution, and Novo Sol Yoga to provide Yoga.

Mrs. Leah and the staff at enspire counseling are awesome.my two little girls see Mrs Leah and she has help them so much with there issues and they love her they tell me she is there safe place.mrs Leah is dedicated to her customers.her office is always clean Mrs Leah and her staff are professional at what they do.i would recommend any one to them.

Leah is absolutely amazing. I went there for almost a year. The only reason I had to leave is because I am moving. She helped me get from a dark whole of absolutely no self worth and past trauma that was keeping me from reaching my full potential. To a healthy functioning adult! I would absolutely recommend Leah and staff to anyone.
