I have done business with several people from many different places across the states in my professional career. Keri Fields is a terrible community manager. She has no empathy and has decided to pass on costs onto a tenant. I moved into a one bedroom apartment and the carpet was full of pet hair. No biggie. I cleaned and vacuumed myself. The Drip pans were used and dirty. No biggie. I don’t cook. The oven was not clean. The tub was not in good condition and they have had several plumbing issues. Keri Fields lacks integrity and she does not understand what a good business relationship means for

Happy Workers as per Glassdoor and that is very good....but you have no happy tenants as per the general consensus here. Perhaps you should dwell into this. I saw your ad looking for a Regional Manager for Texas. For me...tenants have always been first and i always have gone out of my way for them. This mentality is something that most big corporate property management companies haven't learned...Especially those who work with subsidized rents. Good results will always open more doors and give you faster growth. It is time for a mentality change. I have learned from others mistakes. Please...take

This company is trash. I have been having an ongoing issue with a barking dog in the apartment complex I live in Hoover Alabama. The leasing office staff is rude and have been ignoring the issue. I have been calling corporate for two weeks and no solution to the problem . But we still have to pay you right? Nasty company with zero values . So sad you don't care about situations that are stressful and affect your daily life . I will NEVER recommend anyone to get involved with this people . Steadfast you need to get it together and start calling people back instead of leaving your useless responses

Negative 10. I've had 2 maintenance emergencies within 30 days and there is no urgency to fix. I am currently in a hotel because they are so lackadaisical about fixing a hot water heater. Had to contract the work out and did not communicate anything until I showed up at the office. I was wishful for staying another year but absolutely not.

Con artists and thieves. I have called half a dozen times about a faulty drying machine and nothing has been done. The property is overpriced and poorly maintained. If you are thinking of renting or buying property, avoid it completely if Steadfast has anything to do with it.
These "repsonses" from the owner are for show and mean nothing. The company doesn't care about their tennants and it shows. The people that run this company are no good at all and should probably be investigated for fraud.

I contact the company on yesterday morning in regards to an issue with their property manger at a property in Dallas, TX. as of this afternoon I have yet to receive a response from the Regional Manager. The manager at the property is rude and highly unprofessional. I lived at the complex for 2 years and have had 4-5 mangers during that time. I have recently moved out and to be told by her that she can charge me whatever she wants is absurd. I have never heard such. This current manager, lets just say I am glad I moved. No one deserves to be treated as though they are beneath anyone and that's exactly

I've had no luck in getting anyone to fix the holes in my apartment for almost a week now since my neighbor and I had water leak issues. This is not the first time I've had water leak issues. This time I'm left with holes cut out of my hallway, kitchen, furnace room and guest bathroom ceiling and walls. I asked the manager if she would discount my next months rent since I've had so many issues with water leaks over the past 6 years and her response was " We don't do that". For the price I pay for rent and on time I might add, they have made it ubundantly clear they don't care how long I have to

If i could give no stars I would. We have only lived in a Steadfast property for under 3 months. I wish i had listened to the reviews and chose not to move into this property. My property has no maintenance workers at the moment which causes issues like the fact my AC has not been fixed in over 2 weeks. I have contacted corporate yet nothing has been done. Now it is Saturday a weekend an no one is answering the emergency hotline as my house in Houston, TX which the heat without the heat index is 105 degrees. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TOO
The security gate has been broken since we moved

Steadfast Living Management company has a horrible move out process. My boyfriend and I have moved out of the Carrington at Champion Forest apartments in Houston, TX 77069. We were told we would be emailed the move out charges. After two months of having moved out, never hearing anything on charges, I received a call from IQ Data (a debt collection agency) stating we owe them over $1,000 in charges and if we do not pay immediately it will go against our credit. I brought this up to the apartment manager. She was on maternity leave when we moved out, so she had to look into what her staff did while

I live at a Steadfast Community in Austin, TX. Terrance Cove Apartments, if you want to see the kinds of reviews this companies properties get. If all Steadfast properties are like mine, these people are slumlords without the affordable price point. My father lives in Nicaragua, on a farm, and has better living conditions.
I have tried since March of 2016 to get a hold of these people and regardless of what time, day, month or the number of voicemails I leave, I have never been able to speak with anyone. I doubt this is actually even an office. Texas has terrible rental laws, someone in CA please
