Absolutely hands down one of the best (if not the best) auto body shop around. I was greeted right from the start and was told to wait for an advisor. I told them what the issue was, and they were able to let me know what would be fixed and how long it was going to take. They provided updates accordingly and when I went to pick up the vehicle, they went over what was replaced and if there was any issues, I should let them know. I couldn't have been happier. Excellent customer service! From the receptionist to Eduardo who serviced my vehicle. The receptionist was friendly, efficient and really tried to help me get a quote. I was sending her pictures so I could get an idea if they could help me.. I ended up driving there with my vehicle and Eduardo was able to attach my rear bumper for me in no time. Thank you!

Someone side swiped my son’s car resulting in broken passenger side mirror and scratches on the door. I called and spoke to Javier, He was very professional and accommodating. Great service at a very reasonable price. I feel both Javier and Eduardo went over and beyond.I was originally introduced to Active auto by a friend named OC about 15 years ago when they were in Mountain View. I used them a couple of times more when they moved to Santa Clara. Always very professional.

Wow! Customer service above and beyond! The cable that raises and lowers my driver side window snapped after 8 years so the window was stuck in the down position. Javier and his team were super responsive. I called on a Monday morning to get the part and it was installed Wednesday morning for a reasonable price.
But wait, there's more - I hadn't washed my car in several months and my car had dirt, wildfire ash and dog slobber covering the exterior - it was so gross. My car came back washed and lightly detailed raising a big smile on my face.

A special thanks to Javier and Active for cleaning off graffiti on my truck and my father in laws car. Both cars were sprayed with paint, and I took both cars to active for removal. Awesome place. My new car had some really minor scratches and distortion due to parking in small slots. The owner fixed them as it did not happened, only took 5min. They are also straightforwardly told me how to fix small scratches myself, and how large scratches on paint should have a full repaint and gave me quotes that are reasonable. Nice people and frank communication.

He found a ton of things I never noticed (e.g. looks like the car was broken into before, panels were repainted, doesn't look like the car was in an accident though because the frame is straight.) Javier's expertise gave me peace of mind on my purchase decision.

I went to Active Auto Body to get an estimate for a front bumper repair/replacement. Javier gave me an estimate and offered to pop the dent out for no charge. My car is pretty new; I haven't had it for a year yet. The dent wasn't even my fault. A big truck carrying a bobcat had a piece of wood on the bed that flew off while merging onto the freeway and hit me. Javier popped out the dent and it only took him about 15mins. I'm extremely satisfied with what he did! It looks so much better and when I'm ready to replace it I'm going back to Javier at Active Auto Body! Thank

Although very nice, it seems like a "typical" insurance, production shop and not oriented to do the kind of restoration work that I am looking for. The person who looked at my car seemed to be somewhat manipulative in his assessment of what needed to be done, and how well they can color match. This did not instill enough confidence in me, to let them work on my car.

My car was involved in a hit and run and I found these guys on yelp, good reviews so why not. When I first arrived Christine greeted me in a kind loving manner, I then talked to Jorge who was super kind and accommodating to help me fix my problem, Javier helped me get a quote and got my car all fixed up dealing with my insurance agent State Farm. Oh man.. just finishing up this review from 2-3 years ago! All I recall was that I was really impressed by the quality of customer service and car service that this team provided. They were professional, informative and extremely resourceful. I recall them being extremely friendly and forth coming with additional information that helped me understand the situation of my car.

Can't recommend Active Body Shop enough. From start to finish a great experience.
Pedro was helpful, he kept me informed all the way (email, phone), he felt with the insurance company pain and got the car back asap.
The repairs look perfect, and come with lifetime warranty. The rates and labor charged were reasonable.
The staff in the front is also very nice.
