The service here was good, but my goodness this is horrible barbecue. I'm not even sure you can call it barbecue, as it's an insult to all the legit bbq joints. I strongly believe that the ribs are boiled, then throw on the grill for the last minute, then just smothered in bbq sauce. They are tough and rubbery! There's no bark on them, no smoke marks, nothing. I make better ribs in my oven at home.
Also, there's very few options for the "barbecue" selection. Ribs, and chicken and tri tip are about it. I expect at least brisket, and pulled pork also at a barbecue

Placed an order at 6:30, for a tri tip family meal being told it was going to be a hour an a half wait, then after about an hour we got a call by Miranda saying that our food was ready for about an hour, then I get there at 7:50 and the cashier told me it's been ready for about 30 minutes, the food is warm at best nd we let them know that it was just warm and we paid FULL PRICE for food that I requested medium rare and I got medium at best (AND I have to heat it back up so the meat is basically going to be ruined compared to how I ordered it) has been sitting there for a bit, I will not be coming

I went in to get takeout tonight. Josh at the to-go counter was wonderful. He is friendly and speaks clearly. He has a great energy. His estimate on the wait time for our food was also accurate. He is an excellent addition to the staff. I will be back solely based on the fact that Rattlers has such great employees like him. The food we got was also delicious.

Wow wow!!!! First time ordering catering for a birthday party and definitely won't be our last! I have ordered from numerous restaurants in the past but this level of service tops the cake! From the ease of ordering with Chloe, who was sweet as can be to the delivery and set up by Lee! What a professional, extremely nice man! Blake is the best bartender ever. He's been there for so long that it wouldn't be the same were he not there. I don't even drink anymore. But I've been there when other bartenders were working and it's not the same. My fiancée loves it too and agrees. Blake is what's up. Come in mornings and sit at the bar and tip him fat, he has a family to feed. But for real, best bartender ever. Find out for yourself, you won't regret it. You're welcome in advance.

Easily one of the best restaurant meals I’ve had in years. Our server Eric is one of the best and definitely made it an experience. The food was on point and generous. The drinks were just as good. I’m usually pretty critical and have not a bad thing to say about this place. We will be visiting again soon for sure.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try some place we both haven't been to and since he was craving BBQ, we decided to try Rattler's. We checked in and were told it would be a 20min wait. We waited and we were sat at their "heated patio seating". The location of our table didn't have the heater on so we asked the server if it can be turned on. She said that it is not turned on. We repeated to ask if it can be turned on like the other heaters. She said that it was only turned on because someone complained that she was cold. Okay? We were feeling a little cold too. This review is about my experience at the bar on 11/27 at 1820. The young gentleman hustling behind the counter was fantastic. I did not get his name but the above details are if the restaurant cares to give kudos to this man. He was quick and efficient, great service fast to get what you need and all around made the visit welcoming.

COVID-19 Review.
TL; DR - First time here since before pandemic. No changes since my last review, still a five star place. Excellent customer service, definitely takes COVID-19 seriously. We asked for outdoor seating, they happily obliged. Felt very safe eating here. Portions are amazing. Bring your "eating clothes"
Changes: Rattlers no longer has the baked potato skins appetizer. I even asked the waitress, and she agreed that was still one of her favorites but they no longer have them. --I cried through my otherwise delicious salad.

My husband and I have never been to a rattlers, so we wanted to give it a try as we were in the mood for bbq. The overall bbq options are somewhat lacking, but the portion-to-price ratio is pretty nice. We shared a 3 choice platter of Tri-tip, half chicken, and the baby back ribs with a side salad and a couple of sides. We also ordered the buffalo wings, and he ordered a club turkey sandwich. Overall we personally are not super into the bbq sauce, as it's very basic, but it makes for great leftovers to add your own! The half bbq chicken was very big, the Tri-tip was cooked to our preference

This place has potential! The tri tip is out of this world! If it was solely based on the tri tip hands down 5 stars... but it's not. The chicken although cooked juicy to perfection tasted like it rolled in ash along with the ribs. The onion strings tasted bland with tons of oil. The rest was very enjoyable. Give it a try maybe they had an off day.

I understand that it was a busy day (Mother's Day). I patiently waited for 40mins on the phone to place an order. When they answered my call, I heard a lady on the background and then she suddenly hang up without talking to me. I wouldn't mind if someone told me that they were busy and cannot take phone orders but to hang up the call after 40 minutes of waiting is unacceptable.

I haven't been to a Rattler's in over 10 years, this was an excellent welcome back. The restaurant was located in a great little area, they have both indoor and outdoor dining. The staff were all friendly and the service was fast, we were seated indoors within 10 min. Our waiter Cory was very welcoming and informative about the menu. He gave us several good recommendations, so glad we listened to him. Thanks Cory!

This place is delicious! If you want some good ribs with a southern flare... this is the place to go!
Ribs are big and juicy. Bbq is great. Lemonade is great.
Ambiance when covid isnt present was a nice. It's a family style restaurant.
Service has always been great.

My wife had a taste for BBQ while driving past Rattlers today; I always have a taste for BBQ! So she made a quick u-turn and put in an order for 2 slabs of beef ribs, and an order of tri-tip as well. The ribs were meaty and delicious, with plenty more left for the rest of the weekend. We haven't tried the tri-tip yet. And not having ordered from Rattlers since 2017, it was about time again. Probably the best tasting ribs I've ever had from them.

I called just to see if they had outdoor dining. I was on hold for nearly 40 minutes, when I finally heard the line answered, then was disconnected. I thought about calling back, but did not want to wait that long to be possibly disconnected again. I was pretty frustrated, but my wife and son were set on going to Rattlers for dinner. (wife's pre-birthday dinner)
We decided to stop by to see if they had outdoor dining. They did, and it was a 30 minute wait.
They were relatively accurate with their estimated wait time.
