I went here with my boyfriend on a whim one morning. It's in a nice area which is good. Servers kinda looked a little confused. We had sat for maybe 2 min and the server wanted to take our order right away without introducing herself or asking if we were ready. We both had the Harris sandwich which is just a grilled cheese with eggs and fruit or potatoes. It was very mediocre, not anything to rave about. They put so much mayo on it that it was oozing out of the sandwich on every side which took away from the sandwich itself in my opinion. Their orange juice was absolutely delicious though

Restaurant definitely went above and beyond for us.
I have been here before and enjoyed it but haven't been in a while so when I saw Beverly Glen Deli open on Postmates for Night one of Hanukkah I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to have it again. We ordered through Postmates and got sandwiches, matzo ball soup and latkes and we're super excited until the driver dropped off two large containers of broth instead of Matzo Ball soup. We just knew there had to be a mistake from the restaurant and called them but as it turned out the mistake was mine. I had apparently accidentally

I grew up close to this restaurant and have been going there for years. Every time I visit the city, I make sure to stop in for a delicious meal. Here are my thoughts on Beverly Glen Deli:
The Food:
As with most Jewish-style deli's, the menu here is very extensive. Everything I have personally tried has been delicious. They serve classic comfort foods, such as soups, salads, sandwiches, breakfast, etc.
I especially like the following dishes: Spanish Omelette, Avocado Toast, Double-Decker Turkey Sandwich, matzo Ball Soup, Tostada Salad, Chinese Chicken Salad, and Your Basic Burger.

I really appreciate the employees here, they work really hard and are very nice. The food is basically flavorless though. I've tried different sandwiches, just to make sure it's not just me, but every sandwich I've tried is just bread, a slice of meat and way too much lettuce.
I think it wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't 15-18 bucks per sandwich.

I highly recommend this hidden gem. Nestled just over on the boundary of Bel-Air. It’s definitely not where the average tourist is expected to turn up. Eat in style amongst the richest people you’ll never know or recognize lol. It’s a Deli lol, but no it’s only a deli to the extremely wealthy people who live here. I would call it the nicest diner I’ve ever seen. The thing is the prices are reasonable at this deli even though the stores connected to it are crazy over priced. Seriously the store right next to this place is selling half gallons of milk for eight dollars. Anyway I recommend

Best deli still standing and a worthy successor to Nate 'n Al's while Nate - or was it Al - was still alive. The matzoh ball soup is like the matzoh ball soup I loved when I was a kid, and the corn beef, pastrami, salami and brisket bring back good memories, and flavors and create a hunger for poppy seed hamentaschen, which is the real thing when they have it. And the ambience is friendly and casual. We enjoy. You should, too.

I'm not one to make Yelp reviews, but sometimes you have to make an exception. I've lived in LA for 20+ years but only heard of BGD recently. Being that my usual deli for getting cabbage soup has recently closed, I have been on a mission to find one as good. I have tried them all. But until yesterday, none of them were up to par. Not even close.
Yesterday we made the drive up the hill to pick up lunch at BGD. Perfectly nice experience with pre-ordering online and having it ready when I got there. Brought it home. I wasn't sure what to expect. I tried the soup. It was glorious

I met a friend/business associate at the Beverly Glen Deli the other day. It's always fun to go to the top of the hill at Beverly Glen. The little strip mall of restaurants and upscale stores does attract some of the prettiest people in L.A., American and the world. I wish my impressions of the food and the service had been quite as glowing. My pastrami sandwich arrived limp, colorless and tasteless. Granted, I am used to the beautifully cured pastrami of Langer's, Wexler's and Daughter's. But this may have been the worst pastrami ever.
Also, the server had promised that the

I reviewed the Bev Glen Deli several years ago and found problems. Not any more. We've been regulars for the past 10 months during the Covid lockdown. Everyone we encounter is kind and pleasant. Breakfast eggs very soft are just the way I like and order them. The cook does a great job with eggs, bagels are yummy and the nova delicious, pastrami is nice. Corned beef is too lean for my taste but the dine outside experience is so good. Check it out. Pricey but worth the cost. Thank you Bev Glen Deli!!!!

I came here for a pick me up. I ordered the turkey pastrami sandwich. Paid for the turkey pastrami sandwich. And due to covid, there was no outdoor seating so I took my food elsewhere. Opened it up and came to see that they just put turkey. No pastrami at all. In addition to that, the turkey was pretty stale. The middle parts were alright but the outside layer was crunchy.
I also got the potatoe salad, and for me, it wasn't that edible. It was just way too sour.
Probably won't be coming back.

My friends and I came here on the way to the theater. We were seated immediately, but then it took 10 minutes before they asked what we'd like to drink and another 20 minutes before they took our food order. You would think the place was busy, but there was only three other people here at the time and one of them was an employee on break. The food was average. I had half a corned beef sandwich and bowl of tomato bisque. The sandwich and soup were good enough, but the potato salad was way too sweet. Can't say I'll be coming back.

I love this place because it had a diner setting including an outside patio that was protected by carps and heaters which was absolutely darling and very comfortable to sit in still while sitting outside. The food was very delicious and I’m glad they had a fresh juice option which is the orange juice. However the reason why I put four stars is because they called a large orange juice a very small glass. And it cost 450 for each glass which we thought was extremely expensive compared to the small orange juice which is 350 it should just be a large for 350 with a larger amount of orange juice in

I am a customer for over 25 years,
Sept 2019 down to 2 stars. Very disappointed lately with simple deli menu items. Matzo ball soup is watery, comes with dry tough ends of chicken for slicing. Chicken tenders were dry and tough. Fries cold and not cooked enough. Pastrami sandwich was not good. I go often enough to notice changes in the quality. Servers rally to get it right. I hope they get it right.

Well what do you want me to say......
All I can say is that you wont find anyting to eat for miles in either direction and what's even better is that this is a great deli.
I'm beginning to wonder why this place doesn't have a lot of reviews or lots of pictures, in my opinion it could be because no one wants you to know it's there, right next to Starbucks with plenty of parking!
I took my crew here and they all loved their food and it is not any more expensive than what you will get down in Beverly Hills or Ventura Boulevard.
