We had Watermark come out to fix a toilet line that broke the day after Christmas. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out until Monday but understandable considering the holiday. They arrived past the stated time window but when they came they were very good. Jason was very knowledgeable and fixed everything right away. Very reasonable. I will be using them to replace and toilet and for other plumbing needs.

Jason was here to replace a kitchen faucet. He was great! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. He informed me of the price upfront and quickly replaced the faucet. We discussed another issue and he advised me to contact Moen for a replacement part, as their products have a lifetime guarantee.

They did a great job! We had an old toilet leaking, we were going to get it repaired but the day of the repair I decided to see if the plumber could just install a new toilet. He went to Lowe's got one we picked out, installed it and was done in just a couple hours including going to get the toilet. Great service! Thank you Michael, was nice chatting with you for a bit too, happy holidays.

At 8:30 my husband and I notice the toilet wouldn't flush and then the tub and shower quickly began to fill with sewer water. Yuck! With a Christmas party 2 days later we quickly called our plumber, Watermark. They were very responsive and showed up within a few hours. They were there until late to dig a hole and temporarily fix the clogged and broken pipe about 2 feet from our foundation. By evening we had water. In the meantime they called a water removal company, who arrived by noon. The end story is Watermark fixed the break by the next day and recommended we get rid of our beautiful

Our company has paid over $30,000 to repair some plumbing in our facility. They have dug and tunneled under the facility and have left a mound of dirt outside. Now it's been weeks since they have come back. I continue to call daily and leave e-mails looking for an update. In the beginning I was told I would get a call back. Never have. I have asked for direct contacts on those that could help but have been denied such contacts. I am leaving e-mails to those that work in the field but no response. I was having water pressure issues. I live in a rental and my landlord had called two other plumbers, only to tell me nothing was wrong. Got lucky and they were available the morning we called. This was during the Thanksgiving travel week too! Jason was professional and very knowledgeable. Repair was done quickly but thoroughly. He also explained what is happening with the drains and had great advice on keeping them clear in the future. Would recommend/use again!

Watermark, responded the same day. Mark was polite and quickly showed me my options and provided cost information. They worked quickly and installed a new kitchen faucet. The kitchen sink is a bit old and I know it was a difficult install. They worked doggedly and left everything clean and a great new faucet. I have used them before and would highly recommend.

Watermark plumbing got me in quickly the day of when I called for an appointment.
Jason made me feel comfortable with explaining and educating me on what his process was with my toilet leak, and wore a mask when I requested for covid precaution. He went above and beyond in showing me the materials and he also pointed out something he noticed on my front water hose. I would hire him again for future plumbing needs!

We needed to have some camera work done in our pipes to find a sewer leak. He was very diligent and used his snake-camera everywhere and shared the images with me. Michael was very patient and answered a ton of questions. The company sent me a text when the tech was dispatched with a picture of the tech and a little bio, which is very unique in that service line.

My best experience yet dealing with plumbers. They texted me prior to my technicians arrival, and gave me his picture, background, and some personal tidbits (about his interests and family) that made me very comfortable with him showing up at our house. When you hire contractors, you never know what you're going to get so this little touch was awesome. Upon his arrival, Bryan was great at identifying the problem, and crafting a solution. Part of the process was to possibly obtain a permit from the city of Allen, so he drove to the courthouse to get one - turns out we did not need one, so

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I don’t typically leave many reviews, but I had to make sure that I thank Watermark Plumbing for their professionalism and excellent service. I especially want to thank and commend Michael Barber, our plumbing technician. He is incredibly respectful, honest, kind, thorough, and hardworking. We had a break in our sewer line under the house. Out of… all the companies I called to inspect, I found Michael to be the most honest. My gut was not wrong. Michael and his team fixed the issue timely and were here working for days to make sure our plumbing repair was fixed properly. I highly recommend
