We are a Chiropractic Care Office in Orlando, FL where we care for the body as a whole in order to achieve optimal neuro-spinal balance. When you come into our office, you are considered family from your first visit. Dr. Ashley has never met a stranger, and we want you to feel the same. Dr. Ashley Caldwell has training and experience in a variety of chiropractic care methods, allowing Empower Chiropractic to keep the whole family feeling their best. Our office specializes in prenatal, pediatric, and adult care. Dr. Ashley is Webster certified, a technique specifically designed to benefit expecting mothers.
Prior to your initial visit, please download the intake paperwork and save it to your computer. You will then be able to fill it out on your computer and email it back to us at info@empowerchirofl.com. When you come into our office, you will be greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. We are excited that you are entrusting us with your health.

Not only is her demeanor and bedside manner incredibly kind and patient, but from the moment that you meet her, you'll truly see how intelligent she is and that she is a one of a kind doctor! Having never gone to a chiropractor, she instantly put me at ease and developed an amazing care plan that fully addressed all of my needs.

Dr. Ashley is Amazing. She was easy to talk to about my concerns and pain. She's extremely knowledgable and very passionate about what she does. I came to her with lower back pains. Dr. Ashley not only setup and plan for future treatments, but show me exercises and stretches to do at home to help with the pain. It's been over a year and the pain have not return. I now see Dr. Ashley when needed. I would highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Ashley for significant sciatic pain during my 7th month of pregnancy. The pain and discomfort was to the point where I could barely stand up without wanting to cry (and I have great pain tolerance). Dr. Ashley was able to get me scheduled quickly, assess my situation and create a plan that worked with my schedule! She took the time to listen to my concerns and not once have I ever felt rushed - she’s very kind and compassionate. To top it all off, within 3 sessions I can say I’m about 95% better!!!! I’m so happy that I was referred to her and I definitely plan to continue

Dr. Ashley is amazing. She is very friendly and warm, and extremely knowledgeable. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and have been going to her for the past two weeks, and I already feel a difference. My back pain has significantly decreased with her adjustments using the Webster's technique for pregnancy. Highly reccomend!

After being in pain for 3 months with what Id previously been told was static nerve pain i was referred to Dr. Ashley. She sent me for an MRI so that she could accurately diagnose me, then explained the information to me so that I could understand. She then set up a treatment plan. I felt relief after 3 sessions. She's awesome very patient and thorough.

Since I have been in Orlando, I contemplated in and out visiting the chiropractor due to military, accidents, and sport injuries. Once I searched this office and walked in, I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands based off of the knowledge and professionalism that was presented the minute I stepped my foot through the door. After my first session, I felt amazing and was definitely looking forward to my next sessions. I only trust and will continue to trust empower chiropractic!

Great Dr. and very knowledgeable when it comes to treating children for a plethora of conditions. I have taken my son to see Dr. Caldwell, which has calmed his fussiness significantly. The office environment and the staff are very welcoming. As a first time mom with parental anxiety, I felt better about my son's consultation as soon as I walked in the door. Highly recommend Dr. Caldwell.

Dr. Ashley places a huge focus on the overall wellness of the patient. While she is an excellent chiropractor, she's also a fantastic human and keeps it real with you in regards to what you need to do in order to maintain your health. She is flexible and has a great bedside manner. If you want a chiropractor that's committed to your long term health and who will keep you laughing, look no further.
