Had an appt for just a simple nail trim for our dog. An hour later and still sitting here. Worst thing is they finally called our dogs name only to take another dog with the same name. They came in 10 minutes ago. So I wasted medication that our dog needs to take just to come to the office. Very, very disappointed. Since Dr Kitchen sold the place and retired it has gone down hill. And just so you know no one apologized for the long wait. So we had to leave with no nails cut.

I am extremely upset with this clinic. I have always come here with my animals! I scheduled an appt for my newest dog to get fixed. They failed to call me with instructions before the day of surgery didn't even call me at all. The excuse was oh we get so busy we don't get to make all the calls. Are you kidding me that's your job! To call and give instructions the day before surgery. There for she missed her appt. Also they can't get her in now till the end of October!!! I'll be looking else where now.

Leighow is honestly my favorite vet clinic around. We had an emergency with my dog last night spent 6 hours at the emergency vet clinic in Allentown waiting to be seen. He still was not getting any better I called Leighow they got me in right away did a bunch of tests, were excellent with my good old boy, got him fixed up. Their prices are great I paid 4 times the amount at the Emergency vet and didn't even have them complete half the tests Leighow did. I would highly recommend this clinic!!!

My mom and I work in home health and take care of our residents’ pet needs, vet appts, grooming, etc. Staff are always rude when we call to get vaccination records, called four times to have vaccination records emailed and never received them. Rude in person when we pick up pet prescriptions. I don’t recommend this vet at all.

My fur babies LOVE Dr Jolie Hunsinger. She is awesome, even with my beagle (who is impossible!!! But I love her) and and my deaf Catahoula too! Only the best for my kiddos and she's it! Now the front desk staff need help and it shows. They can be snippy and short but getting good help these days is hard. And they certainly need help.

Probably only went to Leighow for 2 years. We loved Dr.Wagner but she left. We continued to go. Anytime you call, they are extremely rude. Recently we took our dog for a routine spaying. She was only 4 years old. Long story short, the next day we had to spend thousands to try and save her life at a specialist vet an hour away. We ended up losing… her...when we called about possibly getting her collar sent back to us, we were rudely told no. We were also given no condolences on the phone either. As well as no call from the OWNER of Leighow who did her surgery for condolences. Even though

Hands down the best veterinary hospital around. Dr.Kitchen is my favorite!!! Today all my praise is for Dr. Hunsinger. She performed our blue eyed baby boy smokeys castration. Dr.Hunsinger and her staff did an… amazing job today with smokey and we couldn't be more thankful ❤ 5 stars for sure!!!!

I highly recommend Leighows, Dr. Hunsinger is the kindest compassionate Vet I’ve ever met. Her care for my kidney disease girl was outstanding. She helped me to help my girl. Thank you for everything Dr. H! And thank you to the entire staff. Molly loved seeing all of you, I know she made many friends over the years. Special thanks to her namesake Molly Bauman, you went above and beyond to help me and my girl!
