These people are a joke! Obviously my parents aren’t making the right decisions... they hired help at home for my brother. One of their caregivers decided to move in and start dating him... because she found out they have money. And moved her stuff in.. I even went in this place to tell them and they acted like they were going to let her go. But to come find out they didn’t let her go, my parents are paying them to pay her to live with my brother and date him! They are together and what makes it worst is she is MARRIED to someone else!!! This place is only happy when you pay them and they don’t

We used Help at Home Homecare for several years while transitioning my Mom (who has Alzheimer's) from living independently to accepting help, to 24 hour help. Ultimately we had to place her in a Memory Care facility, but Help at Home carried us through the 2-3 year transition. Their caregivers are loving, caring, and professional. We felt fortunate to have them through this extremely difficult time with my Mom. Would recommend them with hesitation! Thank you Tim!

We decided that two hours in the morning for a brunch and meds and then two hours in the evening for dinner and night time meds would work best. Our father had been the sole caregiver prior to his unexpected passing. Upon intermittant inspection we found that mom's meds were forgotten or given at the
