After working in the multifamily and real estate investment arenas for more than 30 years, David Mullin and John Chase founded The Apartment Company in 1993. Worse management company ever. They took over the marilla Sundance apartments. And since then it's been nothing but a problem it started with a hole in my floor that took over a year to patch and when they patch the hole they did it with a different color floor so now I have a huge spot in the middle of my floor that's a different color than the rest of the apartment and just looks completely ghetto as all hell. I had a crack in my tub and all they did was paint over it and the paint cracked and now the crack is back so the water leaks through the bottom of the tub to the floor and the entire bathroom
