Services
Since our inception, Infinity 2U has been focused on changing the way people service their vehicles. My name is Steve Duncan. Since 1993, I have worked on only Japanese brand vehicles and have worked in the capacity of technician, service consultant, and then service manager for two local Arizona Infiniti dealerships.
Replace front or rear brake pads, resurface rotors, clean and adjust parking brake and replace brake fluid. Please contact us on the above repairs. We can repair many seat motor issues without replacing the entire lower seat cushion. We can press new bushing in control arms and compression rods without replacing the entire assembly.
As an Infiniti, Lexus or Acura owner, you are not obligated to use a dealer for maintenance to maintain your factory warranty. Infinity 2U uses only genuine factory parts. Our maintenance will keep your car covered by the manufacturer's warranty during your warranty period. Infinity 2U can perform repairs not covered by your maintenance contract while still keeping your Infiniti, Lexus or Acura covered by your factory warranty.

We really think Steve is the best mechanic! I have a Q60 that I love and he takes the best care of it. He is very responsive, professional, gives great service, wonderful prices, and knows what he is doing for certain. No upselling like at the dealership either. Plus he is such a nice guy! Highly recommend and our only regret is that we didn't find him earlier.

You age CRAZY if you don't call this mechanic especially if you have a Nissan/Infiniti! He works on all cats but I know that is his speciality. His prices crush the dealer! Super responsive! Great service! I call for ALL my work! I had no idea my warranty stays intact if I just keep my invoices. Do yourself a favor and call!

Steve is a great mechanic! The fact that you can have an expert mechanic come to your home, diagnose the issue, and fix it is incredible to me. In addition, he is competitively priced compared to any of the reputable mechanic shops in the area. He has maintained and repaired our Nissan, Infiniti, and Lexus. In addition, he has repaired my friends Toyota. Do not hesitate to contact him for any of your needs. He is honest and straight forward.

I had taken my Infiniti G35 to two other shops and one Infiniti dealership before i called Steve and I now wish i would have found his number earlier. Steve returned my call within just a few minutes of me leaving him a voicemail, and I was able to schedule a time for a free estimate on that same call. Steve sent me a full email invoice that same night for suggested services, but was very honest about was was absolutely necessary and what was in my long term best interest. Thank goodness for all the "Steves" of this world! He's reliable, trustworthy, fair and convenient just to name a few. Making an appointment with him was a cinch. He showed up on time and completed the work on my Infiniti much quicker than I anticipated. Rather than upcharging me for a new power steering pump, he suggested we start with some banjo fitting washers first, as this is a common issue for power steering fluid leaks. He even put dye in the system in case the issue isn't solved and we need to track down the leak again. So glad that we found someone local and I wouldn

We have been using Steve's services for years and he has done everything from minor work - replacing light bulbs, filter changes, and oil changes - to major work replacing a rack and pinion, brake jobs, etc. He is really patient in listening to my explanation of what's going on and he is very thorough in making sure my SUV is in good health.

Such a convineient concept! I am a new mom, and when I noticed my brakes acting off in my Infiniti, I was dreading having to wait at a dealership or an auto repair place for hours w my infant. Steve came to my place of work (while kiddo was in daycare) and gave me an estimate and fixed my brakes with in 2 hours in the parking lot of my work. So easy, and now I can drive stress free knowing my car is in great mechanical condition. He can machine rotors, change oil, fix key problems, and much more right on the spot. I was so impressed by his professionality and responsiveness. It was a tad more expensive
