This is a restaurant that has amazing hot food with 100 different taps of cold beer ! From IPAS Ciders, Sours , lagers , stouts , porters and more !! Very friendly attentive staff ! Not to mention their white… chocolate banana pudding is amazing even won last years TASTE OF JEFFERSONVILLE AWARD

I liked this place very much but I considered giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there are some areas in the experience that could be improved. Overall, the food was great and my beers were great and that's what counts.
As a place that is more restaurant than bar it's really loud inside. The bar, where we waited for our table, feels unwelcoming for some reason. The shear number of beers is so great that the staff can scarcely give an informed opinion, but they do offer samples generously. I'm not sure if there's a remedy for these things except for the loud interior which could be addressed

This place was pretty mediocre. The barbecue was amazing but I wasn't satisfied with the size of the burgers and drinks. Too much ice in our drinks we would take two sips and ask for another glass. I got a Philly cheesesteak and I was very surprised it was pretty darn good for it being in Indiana. Fries were undercooked and my taster tots were saltier than the sea. Service was alright for it being a packed night. They also were missing a lot of ingredients so many of the desserts and dishes couldn't be ordered. This place was overall a nice place to stop in for some good food. Nothing

Fast and friendly service. The food wasn't exactly cheap for what we got and to be fair it just wasn't special at all. It wasn't bad mind you. But for the price and what we got we weren't impressed. The banana pudding desert was good but to rich for our tastes. We sadly only had a few bites. This may be for some people, it just didn't wow us. Worth trying to make up your own mind.

It is a great atmosphere and location. I had high hopes upon entering. The food was good and the beer was fine. The service was extremely lacking. Took 30 minutes to bring my beer. The food actually arrived ahead of the beer. I ordered a 16oz beer and was delivered a short beer. Waitress was not attentive. This could be an excellent place if the service was just a bit better. Maybe it was just bad luck. Maybe I will try again someday.

This is the most wonderful restaurant with top notch staff the service we received when we stopped in was better then most five star restaurants that I have been too. Our waiter Joshua went above and beyond without asking made a cocktail sauce for me and never said we don’t have any. He just got back there and made it. We also talked with the… owners and hope they take leap to move to Ocala Florida with there wonderful business model and I truly believe it would be a hit. What the staff and owners have accomplished is nothing short of Amazing. If you haven’t been to the restaurant

My husband and I went to Harbor & Hops yesterday before we saw a movie at the nearby Xscape Theater. We only had 30 min and they served us fast and were very friendly. I was upset we couldn't stay longer because we were really enjoying the beer, food, and atmosphere. The queso is probably my new favorite, the hummus and veggies are simple but soo tasty! And my husband had a turkey avocado club that he couldn't stop talking about.

My husband and I had terrible service and food at Harbor & Hops. It was our first time there and the food was cold when it came to our table. Our waiter didn't even make it a point to check in or come back to… our table. Someone else who was nice enough apologized and asked to cash us out after we waited an hour to leave. Unfortunately I won't go back there.

I placed an order by phone for pickup. I was promptly greeted by a cheerful voice who took my order and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes.
Sure enough, my order was waiting when I arrived. I ordered blackened cod with pilaf and green beans. My wife ordered the black bean patty with the same sides.
Everything was still warm when I got home. The black bean patty, while not a pretty dish, was very tasty. The cod was perfectly cooked. I just didn't get much blackened flavor. And the pilaf was a bit bland.
Still, for takeout, it was a good meal and a healthy alternative

I am trying so hard to like this location because it's so close to my house and everything on the menu looks wonderful. And for the most part the food is actually really good- it's a little overpriced for what's offered but still good. The problem is the service quality. The hostess there Sunday at opening, is either very young or very uninterested in giving their best. Pretty good, service is fast. Their fish is what I have always been told, is "Green River Style". It has a lighter breading and a little more black pepper than you might expect. Their french fries are oddly shaped. I don't eat french fries at the current time so no comments on their taste. Creamy coleslaw was good as are crispy brussel sprouts.

I decided to try this place after driving by a couple of times. I was not disappointed. Great place to come if you are a lover of beers, seeing that they have a huge selection. My bartender Ricky had an extensive knowledge of the beers on tap and helped me to pick the ones of my liking. The food here is also good. I will definitely be coming back.

First off, I'm not into beer at all. Yuck. I hate it. BUT, I actually tried a key lime flavored beer here and loved it. Maybe I've just been trying the wrong beers and it'll grow on me. Across the river & through the woods, JUST KIDDING. Across the River is this jewel Harbor & Hops. I'm giving it a 5 because it is about the food and experience NOT the drive. Seriously, whoever designed the roads over there in Indiana must've been high, it's Indiana not London honey.
But to the real star. Harbor & Hops is amazing! The storefront is sorta rustic but industrial. The staff were all amazing, courteous, knowledgeable and the waiter was the coolest. Their selection of frosty beverages alone was worth the drive. I got a couple beers

Stopped our second time at Harbor and Hops. The place was busy but they did have outside seating available. It was a nice day; just wanted to stop for a Octoberfest and a cider drink. Service again was quick and professional. We had a bit of a wait for our server but another server stepped up to ask for water and drink when our assigned waiter appeared. He had a little issue to take care of first "no biggie"

So many beers (3 pages and probably 50 taps) and good food to boot. The staff is super friendly and helpful to guide you through the beers. The beers are also sorted by type. Small and normal pints. The place is more about a relaxing evening with friends or family than a drinking place. They do have specials During the week. Including a wine day . Samples of beer are free.
