I've been seeing Dr. Burkett for about 6 years. There have been times the office staff is amazing and a few times when I wasn't as happy with their interactions. The few nurses and staff that have been with her long term; however, are amazing. Very sweet and caring.
The wait time can be a pain, so I'd recommend the earliest appointment available. If it's in the evening, I've waited nearly an hour past my scheduled time, if not a little longer. Even so, the 5 stars is simply due to how amazing of a doctor she is.

I LOVVEEEE HER, but JESUS CHRIST your staff has the worst bedside manner and they could care less about the patient. BC of this I will be looking for a new OBGYN immediately. It is sad when you have to verify your own benefits and they don't even care to do their own billing (which I see errors) bc they can't even verify/or address what you need to pay. Sorry Dr. B, but you need better office managers and front desk people.

Please think twice before going to this doctor. Her wait times are incredible. On the first visit, I waited 2 and a half hours. Then, she has a male student training with her. I did not feel uncomfortable with this, but some women might. I think she ordered a test that was not needed. I am not happy with my discomfort level or lack an explanation on the process.

She really is as good as it gets. As a former medical student, I'm a bit choosy when it comes to my health care providers. From the first visit with Dr. Burkett I knew she was the OB/GYN for me. It amazed me how much of a great listener, and how informed she was with every option of prescription there was for me. Unlike other MD's who push for a pill to solve every problem, Dr. Burkett has a holistic approach to the body, and only proscribes when needed. She is truly a 5 star rating!

Dr. Danielle Burkett of Texas Health Care is a wonderful OB/GYN! She's very intelligent and no-nonsense- she won't waste your time- but she is also an excellent listener who truly cares about her patients. Dr. Burkett is fastidious, which makes you trust her medical decisions and advice.
Her staff is pleasant and polite, and the nurses are great at making you feel comfortable. Facility is clean and well-decorated. The waiting room is also large enough that you can be in there with big families that have boisterous children, and manage to find a corner far, far away where you can avoid
