Well, not a good start. A worker came to the house and checked in my father who we had just transported from 300 miles away. This was a Friday afternoon at 5:00. The worker said they would get us a bed but it would be just a little bit. At 10:00 pm we called the main number. They were surprised when didn’t have a bed but would find out and call right back. At midnight we called again because no one ever called back. Same story. At 1:00 am same story. At 2:00am a man shows up with the bed and said he had been out with friends and family and sorry he was late.

From the time they came on board to now, I have had nothing but the best experience I can imagine. My team makes sure my husband is well taken care of.
They answer immediately if I call in with a question. The respite help couldn’t have gone more smoothly

My only experience so far with them was the hospital team and the inpatient facility in Fort Worth. They were all very helpful and the inpatient facility was wonderful. It was peaceful and everyone was patient and caring with us and my dad was able to pass peacefully. My mother has requested this company for her upcoming journey too.

I cently had an incident with this facility and their care is absolutely awful, It took them 8 hours to respond and they hung up on me because I complained that their staff has no regard to what the patient does and doesn't want and one of the managers "Parish" was rude and disrespectful over the phone.

The nurses are really nice, but are so shorthanded that they can't do their jobs effectively. Our nurse was so overwhelmed with patients she couldn't make appointments. Several times one of the nurses didn't order our meds and supplies. When my dad passed, they sent a lady that wasn't familiar with us. It took her several hours to get there. When she finally arrived, she just made phone calls and left us to take care of his body. She didn't care a bit. We were mourning my father's passing and had to clean his body and change his clothes because he soiled himself. They left us with all this medication

I would recommend a different hospice company. My father has been very rapidly deteriorating over the last week that he has been assigned to Community hospice due to his aggressive, late stage cancer. When we informed them that he was completely incontinent, they said they would bring out diapers and bed pads. Nope, I grabbed some that night because no one showed with them. We finally got them three days later when they tell us he most likely wouldn't make it through the night and to keep him as comfortable as possible. We told them that we had ordered more of his medications early early this morning
