My good Lord blessed me with such a place. There’s nothing that is wrong about this Urgent every doctor every worker are G*d sent.
My Only complaint would be that the line was shifted off of children. I don’t think it’s RIGHT that at a PEDIATRIC Urgent Care you see ADULTS. The Rapid Test for COV is for children Not Adults. If that’s one thing that Freaks Me OUT is this.
Every Adult that walks through the door is Sick with G*d knows what in the midst of the children.
I’ve been living in this neighborhood all my Life born and bred. My daughter is born in Lenox Hill. I know this clinic

I went to this place to get a second rapid test given that the nurse told me last time I was there to come back on Sunday and I don’t need an appointment!
These rapid tests were requested by my employer and I needed to have them Monday morning!
I go to this place at one o’clock and wait outside in the cold.. . by I:30 a lady comes out telling me she is going to lunch abd I should come back at two and they will only see “adults” after 2pm said fine!
I didn’t move because I didn’t want to lose my place so I waited and at 1:58 the Secretery comes And tells me that the doctor decided

I go in for my child to be seen and they are open but aren’t seeing any patients because the doctor had to do something else. That’s was what the receptionist said. I asked can you please ask the doctor my son has a fever of 102 and has a really bad stomach ache. She rolled her eye and is giving me a attitude “I already told you she is not seeing anybody she told me. she said do not to give her any more patients ” there was nobody in that waiting room and it clearly a urgent care for when your sick. so of course as a mom I am going to fight for my kid I asked again she gave me a nasty attitude

DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS THE MOST TRUTHFUL REVIEW YOU WILL SEE. The worst experience ever at a medical office. I made an appointment for a covid test online on 12/28/21 for the next day at 10:30am which I arrived 15 minutes early as per Pro health appointment portal.. When I got there there was a line of people outside of 5 people 4 of which did not have appointments. Me and the person walked in to let the receptionist know that we had appointments and were told that we were to wait outside until we could be seen due to their covid protocols even though the waitng area was empty and had plenty of

The front staff is horrible.
Once they made all the patients wait out stating that no one is allowed to sit inside and it was more than 90 minute wait. They also stated that if we leave we loose our spot and won’t text or call.
Went there last night again at 8:00 PM for rapid Covid, turned me down and said to come back at 8:00 AM. Went back at 9:00 and said they are only taking patients with appointments.
The receptionists are very very rude.

An amazing first experience, front desk staff was friendly and the doctors made my son and I feel welcomed and comfortable. Needless to say my son did not cry ONE time and the issue we came in for was resolved. Totally recommend bringing your small ones here for urgent care. They accept mostly all insurance.

This place should just close down, and allow a serious professional establishment to take its place so that we actually have a pediatric urgent care in the neighborhood for emergencies and not this totally mismanaged place. I don’t even know where to begin with the problems. Terrible process, totally inefficient and inept front desk. After waiting for 35 minutes to get checked in with no one in front of us, we then had to wait another hour for a Covid test on my 2 year old, literally one mother and daughter just waiting for results, were the only other people.
