Our rescue dog Tuffy was hit by a car on day 4 of when we received him. He shattered his femur, broke his pelvic bone and had an eye distended. I scooped him up and rode Into town and brought him I to the clinic asking for help. Dr Beveridge and staff stabilized him and several days later removed the top of his femur and created a joint out of muscle and connective tissue, and removed his eye. He went there for physical therapy first 3 times a week for 2 to 3 times a day for about 10 weeks.. ending up once a week. Everyone cuddled him and they said he was a tough guy. Thus his name converted to

The staff at West Hills is extremely professional, kind, and considerate. They made a very sad situation simple and were wonderful for the entire situation.
Our cat had been clipped by a car and was clearly in a lot of pain, though no obvious bleeding. I had called a couple vets in the area but they were unable to see me that morning. When I called West Hills and told them what was going on they assured me they could help and told me they would be ready when I arrived that morning.
Upon arrival staff was friendly and kind and listened to my concerns intently. When I met with the Vet she was very

While on a visit with my son James, who just happens to work there one of my dogs needed medical attention, even being so far from home and my regular vet, I could not have felt like I was in better hands. Everyone was helpful, and treated my dog like she was their own. The first person I made contact with at the facility (besides my son), a young lady named Taylor, was very helpful with answering any of my questions and helping me with the paperwork, which is almost the worst part of any visit, but she made it as painless as possible, If I didn't live in WV, I'd consider bringing my animals there

These people are the worse. I called to schedule a euthanasia 2 weeks ago for my older dog who's health is declining and was running 6 minutes late for my appointment due to poor weather conditions. I gave them a call 15 minutes ahead to let them know and they kept me on the phone for the full 15 minutes just to tell me they will need to charge a… $200 dollar after hour fee for being 6 minutes late. This appointment was already hard enough on my family. The women on the phone became very rude and unprofessional. She was very cocky and acted like we where below them. I will never be using
