John was extremely professional and friendly. Apparently it was his first day with Drain Terrier but you would never know. He explained everything he was doing and was able to offer a very fair price in replacing our washer hookups. He even noticed a leak in the hot water hose after he was done (unrelated to the main reason I called) and took care of that too. I will definitely use Drain Terrier again for future projects or emergencies.

The entire Drain Terrier crew was great. The office team was very responsive and able to have plumbers come out promptly. The plumbers were on time, driving a company van, wearing company uniforms and were able to identify our issues quickly. I appreciated them talking us through what was happening and what was required to properly fix the problems. They clearly had a mastery over plumbing but were also very knowledgeable about general home construction. After the initial assessment they provided a detailed invoice with costs associated with each item. Their prices came in below other quotes. When

Update in response to owner response to my review: Everything you said is factually false. This is a premium quality manufactuerer water heater, standard 50 gallon. LHG is also the biggest company in the industry providing 24/7 support. After I spoke with this business, I got LHG on the phone within a few minutes every time and so claiming they were hard to get ahold of is a fake excuse for not trying to at all. Power vent, special flu - ha, nice try. It is disappointing to see this business lie through its teeth in response to my review below. I will provide all evidence needed for yelp staff

From the initial phone call, Lisa was kind and professional. She was caring and listened to our needs, our plumber Tracy was experienced and explained every step of the video sewer line process! Our drain backed up last night around 1030. I called at least four other people immediately and did not hear back from a single one. This morning we were introduced to Drain Terrier and they came to the house right away and solved our issue within 30 minutes of being on site.

We bought our old 30's home 3 years ago and (thankfully) have never needed a plumber. A busy holiday week overloaded our guest bath, chose Drain Terrier due to many 5 star reviews. They were able to get us in next day (on a holiday weekend!) and after a quick snake, our clogs are gone and we're back to holiday hosting stress free.

I'm a new home owner and inexperienced dealing with gas lines. Tracy and Gary came and helped to ensure my line was working properly, and that there were no leaks. They were very friendly, wore masks in my home to be sensitive to the spread of Covid-19, and made a new friend with my dog. The experience was very quick and easy. I called Drain Terrier a couple of days ago when my bathtub wasn't draining. The man who came out explained the problem - my mainline was clogged. He unclogged the line with his rooter machine. The whole thing took a little over an hour. I was happy with the experience. There weren't any hiccups. They were in and out and didn't charge more than I expected. 👍
