Brian and his team did an outstanding job. We had a water leak in the main water line between the street and the house causing water to come into the basement. Brian came out very quickly to assess the situation and lined up his team to do the work. It was a big job requiring the crew to be onsite most of the day but they worked hard, were great to work with and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up.

I needed to fix my hot water heater. I had tried AAA but was told to order parts that were wrong. After a week of not having hot water and multiple days renting a hotel for showers, I was told they couldn’t get to me until the following Tuesday afternoon and it was Friday morning. My first call was to Brian at Efficient Plumbing Services. He listened to my despair and asked to call me back to see if he could do some juggling. He was on the way to my house within 30 minutes.
