There is a great sense of community within the Montessori classroom, where children of differing ages work together in an atmosphere of cooperation rather that competitiveness. Thank you for your interest in Lake Hills Montessori School. For over 45 years, Lake Hills Montessori has provided an enriching environment for preschool and kindergarten children. Using the Montessori approach, we help children develop their inherent joy in learning, a sense of responsibility for their actions, and respect for themselves, others, and their environment.
Our program is a three to four year traditional Montessori Primary program and the optimal time to enter is at 3 years of age or a little before. Children remain at Lake Hills Montessori through the age of six. Admitting children at the first year of the Primary cycle ensures that they continue to learn and grow in that environment.
