Rob Khan has mastered the philosophy of BJJ and has come up with a phenomenal syllabus to help his students learn it. I've known Rob since I was 18 years old and he's been nothing but a wealth of knowledge and love for the sport. Can't thank him & Matt enough because they've helped changed my life in the best way.

We moved from LA and had to get reconnected to a good Gracie place. After trying a few, we knew HQ had the humble leadership that makes champions from the inside out. The kid’s program is incredible.
The adult program leaves you without an excuse to train w everything from kickboxing, wrestling, juijitsu to yoga-every single day and night! But, the coaches are what make it and the really good people who show up everyday to roll. My young kids love it, my older kids love it, I love it. This isn’t even to gain a single stripe. Someday, I’ll submit the Badger for that.

Great place. Mats are clean. The instructor are professional. The people are friendly. Egos are left outside he mat. The training is realistic and street proven. Many classes available. You can try it out for free. You will become a part of a family and gain new great friends. Nobody here with try to injure you or bully you.

I just started training at Gracie Tampa HQ a few months ago, but I’ve become absolutely hooked. The instructors are fantastic; knowledgeable, clear, and supportive. I love the variety of classes they offer, and training Jiu Jitsu and striking has become something I look forward to every week. Highly recommend giving this gym a try if you’re considering training BJJ, you won’t be disappointed!

I've been doing MMA for years. I've trained at different schools in different states and Gracie Tampa is an amazing place. Even though they produce pro fighters, the place and the people still accommodate hobbyists and beginners.
The culture at Gracie Tampa is one of support and competition. The instructors and the students will help push you to be your best.
