I've never dealt with the broker personally, because they never responded to my call or emails regarding my transaction that ran through them. The realtor working beneath them however, just a liar looking for the cash. We all work for a living, but how we treat others, especially when dealing with an emotional sell , helps to define both our professionalism and character. My realtor possessed neither of these.
