Beware, Charlie, the owner is a greasy, slimy business man. We lease space and ever since RSA took over they fail to do anything to the property, the fine print in their contracts will leave you out thousands of dollars.

After months and months of construction in a building they manage with no end in sight, we are at our wits end with the management and ownership that has no regard for the professional tenants trying to run businesses out of the property we are in. The management won't provide any details or even respond to phone calls or emails about constant pounding, sawing, drilling on multiple floors.
Walking into the building daily with construction dust, machinery exhaust and garbage and dirt being thrown out of the building all over tenant vehicles is the norm as the trash collection of random furniture

Attempted to do business with this group a few times over the last year. Seem nice to work with in the beginning but then they become an absolute NIGHTMARE. They can lease a property but then when things get mercy they will try to sneak any legalities against you as an owner. Charlie "The President" has been very unprofessional and aggressive, it's not worth the headache to do business with these people. Unless you want to lease commercial space in your run down trailer park.
Unfortunately there is no option to give ZERO stars.

I'd give zero if I could, Yanni the contact said she would not consider looking into our request for space because she didn't have time...the space has been vacant for over 5 years...I understand why now!
