I would NOT recommend using this Appraisal Service. We requested an appraisal for my in-laws home in Lily Lake Subdivision in Frostproof, Florida. They have an almost 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home that was built in 2000 and was part of the 4th phase of the development. This Appraisal service used homes that were much smaller in size - some built 8 years earlier and several were in the first phase of the development which have much smaller lot sizes as well as square footage that was half the size of my in-law's home. After speaking with the Appraiser, she did adjust the figure
