Studio Fitness has become such a positive part of my life. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable and get you to where you want to be! Rain or shine you know Studio Fitness will be there to achieve your goals! Kara's Barre classes are challenging and she is always adding a new twist to the workouts to find a long lost muscle that is looking to be revived.

Both of their core classes are efficient and entertaining workouts. Kara & Kyle are welcoming to all and seem to effortlessly zero in on individual needs so everyone can achieve their own goals. My personal and professional life has also been improved greatly. I can now walk into rooms as a man with confidence.
Services
Barre- This class is a perfect blend of yoga, pilates, and dance to help improve balance, flexibility, core strength, and overall toning. Exercises are designed to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your muscles while utilizing the ballet barre and light weights. Don't worry, previous ballet experience or flexibility is not required, but your skills will most certainly improve!
Studio Fitness has been bringing energetic and fun group fitness classes to the Rutland area for over 10 years. In 2018 Studio Fitness was acquired by Kara White and Kyle Finneron. At Studio Fitness we specialize in offering a guided approach to a stronger, fitter you. We will help you with your weight loss or body transformation journey.
Exercise can be one of the most rewarding activities someone can do for themselves. Staying active is key to any healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activity has been shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular episodes, decreased stress, improved sleep, build confidence, and increase overall mood. But just staying active might not be enough.
