The communication with the leasing office is horrible! I submitted an online application on Saturday 11/27/21, paid the $50 app fee and the $150 admin fee but the system was unable to verify my identity online. I called the leasing office and spoke with Michael who thoroughly explained to me the third party verification protocol stating he would need me to bring in a hard copy of my social which I do not currently have. It was explained to Michael that I would need to set an appointment with the SS office in Victoria Tx because I couldn't send in any original documents such as my State of Texas

The worst experience I ever had at an apartment complex. The management is very poor, and the staff was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Please don’t make the same mistake that I made, just DON’T, because if you do you will not be happy of the decision you made. The apartment management needs to change, because they are NOT nice, and all they want is your money. I wish I could give them a zero.

I want to say overall this apartment complex was good to live in; however there have been a few times when I was without power or AC for about 6 hours or so. Also what made me write this review was the move out process. In the past I have always made management do a walk through when moving out. When speaking with management I was told that could not be accommodated due to Covid-19. I expressed my concerns of previous apartments charging unnecessary charges to me at move out and they assured me if it is in the condition it was given to me, there should be no extra charges. Love it here! 10 years & counting!! Staff is helpful, very pet friendly, maintenance is quick. It is also very quiet & an overall great environment with super nice neighbors. My A/C compressor broke for the 1st time in 10 years & emergency maintenance immediately brought a big portable A/C unit for my bedroom while they get the part. It's been a life saver!! It just goes to show that the staff goes well above and beyond for their residents.
