Lived here for 4 years. Beautiful place to live but things aren’t consistent.. for example.. Was told there would never be increase in rent. Well ever year rent has gone up. Had issues with hot water for last 3 1/2 years finally it’s fix(🙏🏽).. Residents are friendly but little to nosey for me..noise level is low but to many chimes hanging and you hear it all night..Would have given complex a 4 1/2 but at any given day or night for 3 years you may or may not have hot water..

They have a policy that allows wrecker drivers to come in and take your car anytime they want to with no warning. This is a senior community and they have taken lots of cars and made residents pay a lot of money. I just got a car and had not had a chance to get my parking permit put on it and they took it. Now they want over 340.00 dollars to get it back. Terrible policy that hurts the residents.
