Roaches, mice and never answers the phone. This is my second year living here. The rent is a decent price for low income but you're better off finding a better apartment. There's roaches I've had my place exterminator a few times and they just keep coming back which tells me they're in the walls. My neighbor complained of mice. I never saw a mouse until a month later when it ran past my feet in the kitchen. Today I wake up to a dead mouse in my dining room. Disgusting and disappointed.
