This shop does great work. I've brought my Benz in when the dealership lost my trust and they've done exceptional work, my car runs GREAT when they work on it. I picked up my car today after Autohaus replaced an axle for less than half the dealership price and I was reminded again when I drove home how much I appreciate this shop. I'm always excited to drive my car again after they have their capable hands on it. Many thanks for helping me keep driving fun!

I needed my Mini Countryman serviced before heading back to San Francisco and Jesse was able to get me in pretty quick. They were also able to fix a sensor that had been knocked out and saved me a trip to the dealer. My car was ready to go in a few hours. A great experience, service and value. I will certainly be using them again when I’m back in town.

I brought my car in for 120,000 mile service and to do a trip check. I was told that my tires needed to be replaced immediately. So I took off a day off work the next day so I could get new tires. When I arrived at the tire shop, they looked at the tire and said that they were in perfect condition. No need for new tires and because of this miss information I do not trust anything these guys say and will not take my car back to them. I can't even trust that their trip check on my car was accurate or complete.

Jesse and the team at Autohaus were real heroes… we have a Mini Cooper that had to drive from Eugene to Los Angeles and at the last minute Jesse fit us in… serviced the car expertly… fixed other issues and had it ready in great shape — along with a detailed report — for the 850 mile ride home. Jesse has a great personality and a great team. Thanks again. The best in the west.

If you've been trying to find a good mechanic for your German car, look no further. This is it.
I'm a 20-something year old woman who has to call my out-of-state dad for everything relating to my car, and I know that I am bad at hiding that ignorance when bringing my car in to get worked on. The man who runs this shop has never been anything less than helpful, polite and honest with me. I am so happy to have a place that I can trust to take care of my car while being thousands of miles away from home, and I will continue going to them for everything my car needs for as long as I live in this state

I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a German vehicle. We were in a tight spot at my body shop for some module reprogramming. They took care of us right away despite how busy they were and the fact they were booked out 2+ weeks and they did that was amazing. All around great guys!

Recently had my 2012 Porsche 911 in for a 40000 mile service. I was very pleased with the overall service. I've got a 2000 BMW 540i bought new.. less than 100,000 miles and I spoil it to death.. Just spend a good amount of repair funds but well worth the time and effort as it was the airbags not functioning. Jessie and staff took a tough
job my normal repair shop avoided and did a great job getting the car back
well within the 2-5 day estimate. Everything runs fine again with many for years of driving pleasure safely in store. Highly recommend for German autos.

Had an awesome first experience with Autohaus. The staff that I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Owning a Mercedes is awesome until something breaks, having the experience I did with Autohaus made the $600 blow a little easier to deal with. This is my repair shop now. We have taken our vehicles (3- Mercedes and Volkswagens) here for more than a decade. Jesse is fantastic to work with and they are very up front about the costs. I have called in to ask questions and gotten real answers and advise without being asked to "bring it in." You won't be paying for "cheap labor" but the job gets done correctly, every time, at a price that values the employees and their dedication to quality service. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else in Eugene.

I'm one of those "Always Take It To The Dealership" type of people. I bought my VW EOS brand new in 2007 and every oil change or issue I've ever had was always dealt with at the dealership. So, when my 40k mile service came due I naturally called them...and was promptly quoted $860.00! I love my little red convertible but that quote was REALLY high, so I decided to call around.
